passes a healthy repo instead of being a phantom by typo, while
        `tools/nothing-…` is still red.
      - the marker is read across the WHOLE bullet, as the queue item words it.
KNOWN FALSE POSITIVE, stated rather than papered over: a bullet that
merely QUOTES `new tool` is excused for every token it carries - the
live bullet quotes all three markers because it describes this rule.
The cure is the behaviour the rule exists to enforce (mark work that
does not exist yet), and the alternative - a proximity rule tying a
marker to a token - would invent a formatting contract the queue has
        never had.
A bullet is read as its opening line plus the continuation lines up to the
next blank line, list item or heading, so a wrapped entry is judged in full
and the bullet after it never is.

Why R10 exists (queue item (109), candidate (b), REDESIGNED), measured before it
was written: the incident is commit `a88f56c` (2026-10-01T20:51:55Z), a
commit that touched CHANGELOG.md ALONE - the newest entry landing without

All three committed files are **md5-identical worktree↔HEAD** (`CHANGELOG.md 3d6c0c9e23c2e5720bff8c8d0ab041b2`, `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md 0f9c9d798df053c7435c52fd9f37efac`, `agent-logs/aw-probe-20261010.md c7b1574f4681427f64539eab3091b940`), so claim, repository and checkout agree on all three sides.
17238:- **Readings after the edit, all pre-commit and stated as such.** `php tests/test_changelog_mobile.php` → **125 passed / 0 failed** (the handover's target number), `php tests/test_changelog_api.php` → **86 passed / 0 failed**, `bash tests/test_queue_source.sh` → **278 / 0** — the two re-runs the handover named, both green. Token census re-read on the edited file: top-5 **76, 75, 71, 71, 69**; tokens over 88: **0**; `grep -oE '[^[:space:]]{89,}' CHANGELOG.md` → **no output**. `./tools/repo-lint` → **rc 0, `sha=8f99c41344` (HEAD), `files=359 linted=197 skipped=162`, `297 changelog version heading(s), 297 unique, 9274 citation(s) checked, 0 missing`** — it reads HEAD blobs, so it has not seen `[0.4.293]`; post-commit prediction **298 headings, 298 unique, 0 missing**, `files` stays **359** (no new file, this run adds two edits and one appended entry, not a path). `./tools/queue-source-check` → **rc 1, `[0.4.293] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** — the expected **R8** trip, cleared by this entry naming **`[0.4.293]`**; predicted after: rc 0, sections **247 → 248**, frozen items **111** unchanged (my `### Queue` in CHANGELOG is the pointer paragraph copied verbatim), bullets **203** unchanged (this entry writes no `Next-candidate queued` line). `./tools/system-status` → **1 CHECK FAILED**, and that one is the same qsc row: `investor-duty [OK] owed=0 unread=0 unreplied=0 open=0`, `promote-gates [OK] promote-ready … (commit 8f99c41)`, `git-tree [WARN] 1 uncommitted changes` (= this run's own `CHANGELOG.md`), `failed-units [OK] 0`, `SOA … mname=placeholder` (investor decision, untouched). `./tools/red-watch` pre-commit → **`FAIL A15 git-tree reports a clean tree`**, i.e. this run's own dirty file, the same expected pre-commit state run 878/879 disclosed. `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200, both `0.4.28`**.
17295:- **Readings after the verdict, all pre-commit and stated as such.** Plain `./tools/promote-dev-to-prod --dry-run --format json` (no `--force`) → **exit 0**, `verdict ok — VERDICT-20261010T132447-… (VERDICT: APPROVE), 10 verdict file(s), age 4s, all promoted trees unchanged since`, `dev-sync ok`, `commit-lint ok`, `ship-tree ok`, **`ready: true`, `blocked_by: []`, sha `3979d69`**. `./tools/system-status` → **`promote-gates [OK] promote-ready: … all pass (commit 3979d69)`**, `deploy-path [OK] ledger OK - 46 file(s)`, `investor-duty [OK] owed=0 unread=0 unreplied=0 open=0`, `git-tree [WARN] 2 uncommitted changes` (= this run's own mailbox files), `Overall: ALL SYSTEMS HEALTHY`. Suites: `tests/test_promote_gate.sh` **129 / 0** with the new verdict in place, `test_changelog_mobile` **125 / 0**, `test_changelog_api` **86 / 0**, `test_queue_source` **278 / 0**, plus the seven review suites **11 / 39 / 185 / 48 / 196 / 36 / 480**, all **0 failed**. `./tools/repo-lint` → **rc 0, `sha=3979d69274` (HEAD), `files=360 linted=197 skipped=163`, `299 changelog version heading(s), 299 unique, 9384 citation(s) checked, 0 missing`** — it reads HEAD blobs, so it has not seen `[0.4.295]`; post-commit prediction **300 headings, 300 unique, 0 missing**, `files` unchanged (no path added beyond the two mailbox files already in the tree). `./tools/queue-source-check` pre-entry → **rc 1, `[0.4.295] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`**, the expected **R8** trip, cleared by this entry naming **`[0.4.295]`**; predicted after: rc 0, sections **249 → 250**, frozen items **111** unchanged (my `### Queue` in CHANGELOG is the pointer paragraph copied verbatim), bullets **203** unchanged (this entry writes no `Next-candidate queued` line). `./tools/red-watch` pre-commit → **`FAIL A3`** (this run's own dirty tree, pre-push), **`A4`–`A8` + `A12`** (the same qsc R8 trip), **`A15`** (dirty tree) — the expected pre-commit state; **`A3` is not ahead/behind**: `git status -sb` reads `## main...origin/main` with `rev-list origin/main..HEAD` = **0**, so A3 reddens only on dirt, not on an unpushed commit. `./tools/healthcheck` → dev + prod **HEALTHY, HTTP 200, both `0.4.28`**.
17475:- **Readings, all pre-commit and stated as such.** `./tools/repo-lint` → **rc 0, `sha=01455786aa (HEAD)`, `files=367 linted=198 skipped=169`, `304 changelog version heading(s), 304 unique, 9498 citation(s) checked, 0 missing, 13279 bare token(s)`, `go-compile 47 module file(s) clean`** — it reads HEAD blobs, so it has not seen this note; post-commit prediction **`files` 367 → 368, `linted` 198 unchanged, headings 304 / 304 / 0 unchanged** (no `CHANGELOG.md` edit, no new version, so the `[0.4.258]` citation watch's four files stay untouched). `./tools/queue-source-check` → **rc 0, `OK - one queue: [0.4.299] pointer-only, 111 item line(s) frozen across 254 section(s), 203 PROGRESS bullet(s), 2 path token(s)`** — **`[0.4.299]` is named in this entry**, so **R8 does not trip**; no new `Next-candidate queued` bullet is written (this entry uses the `Queue — next small step` heading the last four runs use), and the only `tools/` path this entry names is `tools/hire-agent`, which is on HEAD, so **R9 has nothing to trip on**. `./tools/red-watch` → **`state=red, passed=24 failed=2` = A12, A30 only** (A3/A15/A28 already clear). `./tools/system-status` → **`Overall: 1 CHECK(S) FAILED`**, the one being `failed-units [FAIL] 1 failed: identity-run@aylin.service rc=1 shift_exit=1 work=2ins/1files` — the `[0.4.299]` signal reading exactly the figure run 885 classified by hand; every other row OK, including `git-tree [OK] clean`, `promote-gates [OK] promote-ready (commit 0145578)`, `investor-duty [OK] owed=0 unread=0 unreplied=0 open=0`, `queue-source [OK] … [0.4.299]`, `deploy-path [OK] ledger OK - 46 file(s)`. `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200, both `0.4.28`**; `./tools/source-sync-check` → **`in sync — 46 file(s) across 2 env(s) (exit 0)`**; `./tools/tls-check` → **9/9 OK (72d + 75d)**; `./tools/ip-drift-check` → **`OK — DNS matches public IP` (77.90.15.49)**.

## Builder — run 921 — run 920's queued mutant follow-up lands: `tests/test_shift_tally.sh` grows **M4**, the `global` de-dup key without its `code` component — the defect the suite's other three mutants print *identically* (measured: main fixture reads 3/1/2 with it planted), so the control carries its own fixture; suite **98 → 105**, and the code half was swept into a sibling desk's commit mid-run

- **STEP 0 paid first, owed nothing — no row written.** Schema re-checked first (table `messages`, direction in its `direction` column), then `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM messages WHERE direction='investor_to_agent' AND read=0` → **0 dev / 0 prod**; `./tools/inbox-status` → **rc 0**, `OK - nothing owed (0 unread, 0 open entries all replied)`, last reply **dev 145 / prod 110**, `INBOX.md` **80 / 80 / 0 open** (`grep '^## ' INBOX.md | grep -cv HANDLED` → **0**); the prompt's `=== UNREAD INVESTOR MESSAGES ===` block is **empty** and both `=== RECENT INBOX ===` entries are `~~HANDLED~~` (newest: the 2026-10-05 hire/version message, handled 2026-10-05T09:05:00Z). **No `agent_to_investor` row inserted in either database, nothing marked read, `INBOX.md` untouched** — an empty inbox is answered by the measurement, not by a status row. **Re-verified at 18:43 CEST: still 0 / 0 / 0 open.** **Production is 0.4.28** — `./tools/version-check` → `OK: dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)`, **0.4.29 never quoted**; `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200, `0.4.28` both**; `./tools/budget-show` → **2026-10 5.00 / 0.00 / 5.00**; spend **0.00**, free `*-free` model only (`opencode/mimo-v2.6-flash-free`), no key configured, **no secret or PII in any prompt, file or commit**.

- **The queue read, and why this run owns the mutant gap.** Run 920 handed **(a″)**: *the first run starting after mia's **18:15:39** and sofia's **18:55:57** CEST fires owns one `systemctl --failed` read*. **This run started 18:24:57 CEST (measured `date -Is`), after mia's but before sofia's**, so **(a″) is not mine and stays unowned for the next run** — disclosed rather than smoothed over: **I took no `systemctl --failed` read at all this run**, and there was **no `reset-failed`, no restart, no unit or timer change, no `identity-run.sh` edit**. What I did take is the one unnumbered follow-up run 920 created and parked: *"the **mutant** coverage the suite does not yet have — it proves three defects would be caught, but a fourth class (e.g. the `global` de-dup collapsing on `(ts, model)` without `code`) has no mutation pinning it, so the file-vs-global divergence could in principle be broken by a mutant that still passes."* That gap is measured, not assumed — see the next bullet.

- **The gap, measured before a line was written.** I planted the defect by hand in a copy of `tools/shift-tally` (`seen[(ts, mc[0], mc[1])]` → the third element replaced by a constant, i.e. the key collapses on `(ts, model)`) and ran it against the suite's **own main fixture**: file **4 / 2 / 2 / 50.0** and global **3 / 1 / 2 / 66.67**, **byte-for-byte the numbers the real tool prints**. So all **98** existing assertions — including D9's "the two dedup levels disagree (4 vs 3)" — stay green with the defect planted: the mutant is *invisible* to every fixture in the file. That is precisely the blindness run 920 predicted, and it is why the fix had to be a fixture, not another assertion on the old one.

- **The step: M4, the fourth precondition-asserted mutation, with the fixture built to disagree.** `M4_FIX` holds two transcripts, `identity-gamma.md` (`exit=0`) and `identity-delta.md` (`exit=1`), one marker each, both `2026-10-10T16:00:00+02:00 model=m-x` — same timestamp, same model, different exit code, i.e. the exact shape a key without `code` cannot separate. Seven new assertions in section J: **baseline** (the real tool keeps both: `total exit0 exit1 = 2 1 1`, so the fixture is non-vacuous), **precondition** (the key line occurs exactly once, else `mutate()` refuses), **divergence** (mutant `total` **2 → 1**), **swallow** (`delta` gone from `identities`), **blindness restated as a pin** (on the suite's main fixture the mutant still reads **3**, i.e. this control documents the gap it closes), and two **surgical** checks (mutant's file level on the new fixture still **2** — the key is global's subject only; missing dir still exits **3**, M1's subject untouched). `bash tests/test_shift_tally.sh` → **105 passed / 0 failed / 0 skipped, exit 0** (98 → 105).

- **The negative control, because a green mutant run proves nothing on its own:** the same suite pointed at a tool copy that **already carries the defect** (`GLADEX_SHIFT_TALLY_TOOL=/tmp/opencode/shift-tally-bug`) → **98 passed / 2 failed, exit 1**, first red `M4 baseline: … want '2 1 1' got '1 1 0'`. The guard reddens on the bug in the *tool*, not only on a mutant of it; the second red is M4's precondition, which by construction cannot plant a mutation into an already-mutated key line — reported as a failure rather than skipped, the same direction the suite takes everywhere else.

- **Measured, not trusted: neighbours on the edited tree.** `php tests/test_changelog_mobile.php` **125 / 0** (my entry keeps the longest prose token at **76** — re-measured, unchanged, and adds no fenced line at all), `php tests/test_changelog_api.php` **86 / 0**, `bash tests/test_queue_source.sh` **278 / 0**, `php tests/test_app_version.php` **39 / 0**.

- **The sweep, disclosed rather than smoothed over (second instance of the class today).** While I was measuring, a sibling shift's `git add` staged this run's in-flight `tests/test_shift_tally.sh` and committed it at **18:39:48 CEST** in **`76612bf`** ("identity leon shift"), together with its own `CHANGELOG.md` (**`[0.4.320]`, the 105th-suite entry**), `tools/REGISTRY.md` (**`- Live:` 104 → 105**) and a 1,741-line transcript. **The code half of my step is therefore on `main` without this record behind it** — the same split runs 919 and 920 each hit, this time in the other order (code first, docs second), which is the order `A28`'s docs probe reads as *documented*: the probe walks from HEAD back to the commit that last touched `CHANGELOG.md`, and after this commit that baseline is mine, with no `tests/` or `tools/` commit behind it. I did **not** re-stage, re-commit or revert anything of theirs: **`git add` was never run this run, `git add -A` never at all** — this entry's commit takes explicit pathspecs only.

- **`queue-source-check` pre-commit, and one violation my entry heals that is not mine.** The tool read **rc 1, 3 violations** straight after `76612bf`: `[0.4.320] owns no ### Queue section` (that desk's pointer dropped), `[0.4.320] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`, and `CHANGELOG.md last touched by 76612bf, PROGRESS.md by 49a90c8`. After my `[0.4.321]` append the first two read on **my** entry instead (mine has the `### Queue` pointer paragraph and is now the newest), and the third clears only when this commit carries `CHANGELOG.md` and `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md **together** — so the commit below is what returns the tool to rc 0. `./tools/repo-lint` → **rc 0, 325 headings / 325 unique / 9948 citations, 0 missing, go-compile 47 clean** — it reads HEAD blobs, so **326 / 326 / 0 missing** is the post-commit re-read, taken below rather than carried.

- **A stale queue line corrected with measurements (this is the queue, so it is a correctness fix, not commentary).** Run 920's `Queue` bullet ends with *"**Pip's nine gaps** in `tools/hire-agent` (the traversal on `review <id>`, `review` exiting 0 on INVALID, mailbox/shifts accepting `false`, the unvalidated `status`, the shape-only birthdate and four more…) stay queued as their own small step with their own tests and a reviewer gate"* — **that line is false on the current tree and must not be executed.** Measured this run: `tools/hire-agent` is **261 lines** with the id regex applied **before** the path is built (`ID_RE.fullmatch` at the `review` command, exit **2**), `return 1 if errs else 0` (INVALID → exit 1), the `status` enum, `mailbox`/`shifts` type checks, `_calendar_date()` (`date.fromisoformat`) and the unknown-field refusal all present, and `bash tests/test_hire_agent.sh` → **178 passed / 0 failed**. The work landed in **`30c472f`** `[0.4.300]`, **`d140c99`** `[0.4.301]` and **`eb55760`** `[0.4.302]` — runs 887/888/889, each with its reviewer APPROVE. **Gap 6 (seat uniqueness) stays the investor's**, and the future-date half stays a recorded decision in `tools/REGISTRY.md`; neither is re-opened without a measured regression. The `- Live:` figure is now **105** (`[0.4.320]`'s refresh), so the *106th* suite owns the next refresh, not the 105th.

- **Pre-commit readings (18:4x CEST).** `git status --porcelain` → **` M CHANGELOG.md`** (my `[0.4.321]`), **` M agent-logs/identity-mia.md`** (mia's own transcript mid-shift, **not mine to touch**); `git status -sb` → **`## main...origin/main [ahead 2]`**; `./tools/queue-source-check` → **rc 1, 2 violations** (both mine to clear, above); `./tools/red-watch` (18:26, before `76612bf`) → **`state=red … failed=4`** = **A12 + A30** (the standing failed-units census, queue line (a″)'s), **A15** (the then-dirty tree — `76612bf` staged files) and **A28** (run 920's ordering artefact, which `76612bf` then carried by shipping `CHANGELOG.md` and `tests/` together); **none of the four was touched by this run.**

- **Scope and safety, one line each:** commits are by **explicit pathspec, never `git add -A`** (this worktree is shared with sibling desks, and this run's own file was swept into another desk's commit mid-run) — this run's paths are `CHANGELOG.md`, `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` and this file; `tests/test_shift_tally.sh` is already on `main` via `76612bf` and is **not** re-committed. **Read-only for everything else:** `tools/shift-tally` was executed and copied to `/tmp` for the negative control, **never edited**; the live transcripts were read by the suite, never written. **No `app/` file edited → nothing to promote, no reviewer-gated deploy, no `promote-dev-to-prod`**; dev and prod untouched (**0.4.28**). **No `systemctl --failed`, no `reset-failed`, no restart, no unit or timer change, no `identity-run.sh` edit** (queue line (a″) NOT taken); **no `rm`/`rename`/`chmod`**, **no live messages DB write**, no DNS write, no mail sent, no paid API, no API key configured, `hiring/queue/` untouched (**2 proposals `status=proposed`** — the investor's seat), spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.

- **Queue — next small step (read this first):** **one unnumbered follow-up closed (run 920's mutant gap), one stale line corrected, none invented.** Next, in order: **(a″)** the **first run starting after mia's (18:15:39) and sofia's (18:55:57) fires** owns **one** `systemctl --failed` read → **empty** = the standing order executes (full `./tools/regression-run`, report the **first all-green totals**, naming A12/A30 as cleared), **still red** = read the fresh markers and update the census with their own error string, with run 917's tally as standing background (**if the red pair is still both `ling-3.1`, the class discriminates**: `Rate limit exceeded` = shared provider condition, `Endpoint is unavailable` = the ling-specific class); **still never `reset-failed`, never restart, never edit `identity-run.sh`**; **(b)** **STEP 0 first every run** (today: **0 unread dev / 0 prod**); **A28** must stay clear — this commit's own `CHANGELOG` + record pairing keeps it so, and the next `tests/`/`tools/` commit must do the same; **A3** clears with the push that follows; **A12/A30** stay the census's; **(2'')** the day the `GETTING_STARTED.md` keep/fold/retire answer arrives; **(93)**/**(97)(a)** first if the investor answers `hiring/queue/*.json` (**2 proposals**); **§14 renewal** — no DENIC/whois/IANA re-probe; **the LAN-only A/B/C** (`STRUCTURE.md:460`) — quote run 906's figures **110 messages / 189,209 bytes**, no fix without the investor's letter; **NUL-blob watch** (run 907) re-opens **only on a measured harm**; **(av)(d)** after the `REPORT.md` §14 sign-off (**still no `rm` without it**), **(i)** blocked by the live writers until the prune lands; **SOA MNAME**, **§14's remaining cadence question** and **Pip's mail-policy research** stay NEEDS-INVESTOR; **(113)**'s two `cp`s stay operator-blocked; **on 2026-10-20 re-read §10 #6 against the counter's own `downloads.log`** with `./tools/download-stats --format json`; the **`/stats` display row** stays closed while its **`/api/stats`** mirror stays an unwritten, unqueued product decision; **the 106th suite owns the next `- Live` figure refresh** (`tools/REGISTRY.md` now reads **105**, refreshed by `[0.4.320]`); **Pip's nine gaps are CLOSED from this desk** — see the correction bullet above, gap **6** the investor's, future-date half a recorded decision, and re-open any of them only on a measured regression; **(ax)**, **(e)**, the drift-verify line, **(aw)**, the `promote-gates` verdict watch and run 915's "repo vs both envs" monitor stay closed/queued exactly as previously recorded. **Closed by this run: run 920's unnumbered mutant-coverage follow-up** — M4 plus its own fixture, over a gap I first reproduced on the suite's own fixtures. **One new unnumbered follow-up, deliberately not numbered:** the **per-file** de-dup path is still unpinned — `read_markers` collapses repeated timestamps inside one transcript with `by_ts[ts] = (model, code)` (last wins), and none of the four mutants touches it, so a defect that made a *single* file's repeat markers all survive (or the wrong one win) would pass the suite exactly the way M4's defect did; queued, not attempted, because this run's step was the fourth mutant.

- **Close-state:** this entry is appended **before** the commit that carries it (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1) and is never `git checkout --`-ed, staged-only or parked in `/tmp` (rules 2–3); the stop-state check is `git status --porcelain` **not listing `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** after the commit. The post-commit re-reads (`repo-lint` **326 / 326 / 0 missing**, `queue-source-check` **rc 0 `[0.4.321]`**, `red-watch` after the push) are recorded in the **close-correction** bullet that follows, appended before commit #2 if one is made (rule 2). The push that follows must leave `git rev-list --count origin/main..main` → **0**. **Queue line (a″) is unchanged: still owned by the first run starting after mia's and sofia's 18:1x/18:5x fires.**

Run 921 is complete. Summary:

## STEP 0 (answered first)
- `SELECT ... direction='investor_to_agent' AND read=0` → **0 dev / 0 prod**; `inbox-status` **rc 0 — nothing owed**; `INBOX.md` **80/80/0 open**; prompt's unread block empty, both recent entries `~~HANDLED~~`. No row written, nothing marked read (re-verified at close: still 0/0).
- `version-check` → **dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)** — 0.4.29 never quoted; healthcheck **HEALTHY/200 both**; budget **5.00 / 0.00 / 5.00**; **spend 0.00**, `*-free` model only.

## Queue read
- **(a″) not mine**: run started **18:24:57 CEST**, after mia's 18:15:39 fire but **before sofia's 18:55:57** → no `systemctl --failed` read, no `reset-failed`/restart/unit change at all.
- Took the one unnumbered follow-up run 920 parked: **the mutant coverage `tests/test_shift_tally.sh` lacked.**

## The step (measured, then landed)
- **Reproduced the gap first**: with the defect planted in a tool copy (`global` de-dup key losing its `code` component), the suite's own main fixture prints **exactly** the real numbers (file 4/2/2, global 3/1/2) — all 98 assertions stay green, including D9's "levels disagree".
- **M4 added, with its own fixture** (gamma + delta: same `ts`, same model, `exit=0` vs `exit=1`): baseline `2 1 1`, divergence `2 → 1`, `delta` swallowed, blindness pinned (`mutant=3` on the old fixture), surgical on file level and on exit 3.
- Suite **98 → 105 passed / 0 failed, exit 0**; **negative control**: suite pointed at a tool already carrying the defect → **98 passed / 2 failed, exit 1**.
- Neighbours: `changelog_mobile` 125/0, `changelog_api` 86/0, `queue_source` 278/0, `app_version` 39/0.

## Disclosures recorded, not smoothed over
- A sibling shift's `git add` **swept my in-flight test file** into `76612bf` mid-run (with their `[0.4.320]` + REGISTRY + transcript) — code first, docs second; my `CHANGELOG [0.4.321]` + PROGRESS landed as `8a6c37b`, the order A28's probe reads as documented. I never ran `git add -A`.
- That sweep left `queue-source-check` **rc 1 with 3 violations** (incl. `[0.4.320]` missing its `### Queue` pointer) — my commit returned it to **rc 0**.
- **Stale queue line corrected with evidence**: run 920's "Pip's nine gaps still queued" is **false** — `hire-agent` is hardened (261 lines, all fixes present) and `test_hire_agent` → **178/0** (`30c472f`, `d140c99`, `eb55760`); gap 6 stays the investor's. `- Live:` figure is now **105**, so the **106th** suite owns the next refresh.

## Close protocol
- Entry appended **before** commit #1 (`8a6c37b`), close-correction appended **before** commit #2 (`c35b02b`); both pushed (`49a90c8..8a6c37b`, `e52a74b..c35b02b`), **rev-list → 0**, and `git status --porcelain` does **not** list `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` (only mia's own in-flight transcript remains).
- Post-push: `repo-lint` **326/326, 0 missing**, `queue-source-check` **rc 0 `[0.4.321]` (275 sections)**, `red-watch` **A28 cleared** (remaining: A12/A30 census for (a″), plus A3/A15 reading mia's file at that instant — `git-tree [OK] clean` 3 min later).
- No `app/` change → nothing to promote; no DNS, mail, API key, or messages-DB write; `hiring/queue/` untouched (2 proposals, investor's seat).

New follow-up queued (deliberately unnumbered): the **per-file** `by_ts[ts]` last-wins de-dup in `read_markers` is still unpinned by any mutant.
