The four suites that read `app.php` byte-identity each show **exactly one** red and nothing else — `test_reduced_motion` **35/1**, `test_main_landmark` **479/1**, `test_app_contrast` **184/1**, `test_changelog_mobile` **124/1** (+ `test_changelog_api` **85/1**) — while `test_heading_order` (its four files are info/team/templates/download) stays **196/0**; all five are the same pre-promote drift and are expected to go green on the promote.
