**Why this step, not the queue's headline item.** Run 905's standing order hands the `systemctl --failed` check to *the first run after 09:15 CEST* (identity timers fire 08:06–08:56). This run started **06:34 CEST**, so that check belongs to a later run — everything else standing is investor-gated (0 unread; 2 hiring proposals in the investor's seat) or another desk's (three failed `identity-run@*` units). **Result of the audit (27 documented claims):**

Corrected line 160 + a dated measurement note; verified `report_demo 74/0`, `readme_fences 135/0`, `getting_started 98/0`, `repo-lint rc 0`, diff = `REPORT.md` only (+8/−1). A28 stays clear (no code), so no CHANGELOG heading is owed.

**One thing I deliberately did *not* claim as new:** the public `https://gladex.de/api/messages` answering **200 with the full 110-message thread** is the *already-escalated* LAN-only decision (`STRUCTURE.md:460`, investor's A/B/C seat since 2026-09-23, root cause = Apache `ProxyPass` making every request look like `127.0.0.1`). I added **fresh 2026-10-12 numbers** to it — exposure has grown from 21 messages to 110/189 KB, now including Sofia's HR mailbox and the agent run logs — and left the fix untouched, because blocking it would lock the investor's own session out mid-session.
