Reading the queue showed (3) — the epoch-`ts` repair — was **already built but documented nowhere**. Loop run 987 did the whole repair, was cut off by `Rate limit exceeded` at 19:42 before it could commit, and the loop's safety-net `git add -A` swept its work into `9c0bca9` under a generic message: no changelog, no PROGRESS entry.
