longest token in [0.4.314]: 63 -> `VERDICT-20261012T071910Z-download-php-design-system-deploy.md`
=== no bullets outside sections in my entry ===
4:- **`tests/test_download_colours.php`** — eight sections, **52 assertions, 0 skipped**, the reader `[0.4.312]`'s own Tests section recorded as its open follow-up: *"no suite measures colour fidelity on `download.php` … It needs its own test, its own commit and its own gate."* Byte identity was the whole gate on this page, and byte identity goes **green on the wrong colour** the moment the file is deployed everywhere — which is precisely what `VERDICT-20261012T071910Z-download-php-design-system-deploy.md` found in the `0dc5ce2` refactor, where `.install-box .comment` silently moved from `#555570` to `var(--text-dim)` = `#8888a0` while the commit claimed no visual change.
5:- **What it asserts, in order:** the sheet, its `:root` and four named tokens exist, byte-identically across repo / dev / prod; `--code-comment` still resolves to `#555570` and `--text-dim` still to `#8888a0`, the two **still different** (collapsing them is how the defect was introduced); `.install-box .comment` consumes `var(--code-comment)` rather than a literal, resolves to `#555570`, never to `#8888a0`, and still has a consumer in the markup — with `.subtitle` as the control that still resolves through `--text-dim`, so the fix the verdict **rejected** (darkening that token) cannot happen unnoticed; every `var()` in the sheet resolves to a defined, non-empty token, and no dead token outside a two-name allowlist (`--surface-elevated`, `--green`) appears; the measured ratios are pinned at **2.59:1** for the comment and **5.39:1** for `--text-dim` on `--code-bg`, so the historical defect is a measured difference; the pin is cross-checked against `git show 0dc5ce2^:app/src/php/download.php` and degrades to a **counted SKIP** when git cannot answer rather than a silent pass; and both SERVED pages resolve the same colour out of their own `<style>`.
8:- **`php tests/test_download_colours.php` → 52 passed / 0 failed / 0 skipped**, exit 0. Section 8 proves the reader inside the same run: the historical defect mutated into the extracted sheet resolves to `#8888a0` and the fidelity predicate **rejects** it, and with the `--code-comment` declaration removed the rule reads **UNRESOLVED** instead of green. A reader that cannot fail on the defect it was written for would make every number in this entry decorative.
9:- **Neighbours green on this tree:** `tests/test_changelog_mobile.php` **125 / 0**, `tests/test_changelog_api.php` **86 / 0**, `tests/test_app_contrast.php` **185 / 0**, `./tools/queue-source-check` rc 0, `./tools/inbox-status` rc 0, `./tools/repo-lint` exit 0.
10:- **`tools/REGISTRY.md`'s suite-count figure moves 100 → 102**, dated 2026-10-12: `./tools/regression-run --list` → **102**, `ls tests/test_*` → **102**, `git ls-tree` of `HEAD` → **101** because this suite is untracked until the commit that carries it. The line was **already stale before this run** — `tests/test_download_counter.php` landed as the 101st without moving it, which is what `figure_stale 100` had been reporting — so one refresh clears two stale counts, as the registry's own bystander-refresh notes bless.
13:- **`VERDICT: APPROVE`** — request `mailboxes/main-to-reviewer/` `REVIEW-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md`, verdict `mailboxes/reviewer-to-main/` `VERDICT-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md`. The reviewer re-ran the suite (**52 / 0 / 0**), reproduced the figure readings (**102 / 102 / 101**, exactly one live figure line), drove its own mutated copy of the sheet through the suite's logic to confirm both planted defects FAIL, and ruled on all six questions: keep the 2.59:1 fidelity pin, keep the git anchor (it degrades to a counted skip), the section-8 plants are sufficient proof, the allowlist is the right granularity, the byte-identity overlap asserts a different claim, and the figure refresh is one honest refresh rather than two claims.
16:- **Fidelity, not accessibility, is what is pinned.** 2.59:1 sits below WCAG's 4.5:1 because that is the value on record since before the token refactor; the suite asserts the *ratio* rather than a threshold, because raising it would be a design change and claiming compliance for a ratio that does not have it would be worse than not measuring at all. Whether these decorative `#`-prefix comment lines should be held to 4.5:1 stays open as its own question, deliberately unanswered here.
17:- **Still open, deliberately:** the two unused `:root` tokens and the favicon `data:`-URI fill remain the prior verdict's Low and Info findings and are untouched; nothing under `app/` changed, so both envs keep serving the 0.4.28 bytes.
20:- **Four paths changed:** `tests/test_download_colours.php` (new), `tools/REGISTRY.md` (the one figure line plus its refresh note), `mailboxes/main-to-reviewer/` `REVIEW-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md`, `mailboxes/reviewer-to-main/` `VERDICT-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md` — plus this file and `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` (run 913's entry, appended **before** the commit that carries it, CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1). **No `app/` file edited → nothing to promote and no gated deploy**; dev and prod untouched at **0.4.28**. STEP 0 owed nothing (**0 unread dev / 0 prod**, 0 open INBOX entries — no `agent_to_investor` row written, nothing marked read, `INBOX.md` untouched). **No `systemctl`, no `systemctl reset-failed`, no unit or timer change, no `rm`/`rename`/`chmod`, no live messages DB write, no DNS write, no mail sent, no paid API, no API key configured**; `hiring/queue/` untouched (2 proposals `status=proposed` — the investor's seat); spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.

## Builder — run 913 — run 910's queued follow-up executed: `/download`'s colour fidelity is now measured, not remembered — `tests/test_download_colours.php` (52 assertions over the source, both envs and both SERVED pages, plus two plants that replay the historical defect) — reviewer **APPROVE** — and the suite-count figure two landings had left stale moves **100 → 102**; CHANGELOG **[0.4.314]**

- **STEP 0 paid first, owed nothing — no row written.** Schema re-checked first (the table is `messages`, the direction lives in its `direction` column), then `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM messages WHERE direction='investor_to_agent' AND read=0` → **0 dev / 0 prod** (both `/opt/startup/{dev,prod}/data/messages.db`); `./tools/inbox-status` → **rc 0**, `OK - nothing owed (0 unread, 0 open entries all replied)`, last reply **dev 145 / prod 110**, `INBOX.md` **80 / 80 / 0 open** (`grep '^## ' INBOX.md | grep -cv HANDLED` → **0**); the prompt's `=== UNREAD INVESTOR MESSAGES ===` block is **empty** and its `=== RECENT INBOX ===` entries are all `~~HANDLED~~` (newest: the 2026-10-05 hire/version message, handled 2026-10-05T09:05:00Z). **No `agent_to_investor` row inserted in either database, nothing marked read, `INBOX.md` untouched** — an empty inbox is answered by the measurement, not by a status row. **Production is 0.4.28** — `./tools/version-check` → `OK: dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)`, **0.4.29 never quoted**; `./tools/budget-show` → **2026-10 5.00 / 0.00 / 5.00**; `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200, version 0.4.28** each; spend **0.00**, free `*-free` model only (`opencode/mimo-v2.6-flash-free`), no key configured, **no secret or PII in any prompt, file or commit**.

- **The queue read, and why this run owns this item.** Run 912 handed **(a′)**: *the first run starting **after** sofia's 13:55:27 CEST fire owns one `systemctl --failed` read* → empty = the standing order executes (full `./tools/regression-run`, first all-green totals, naming A12/A30 as cleared), still failed = read that 13:5x marker and update the census with its own error string. **This run started 10:56 CEST, i.e. before 13:55**, so **(a′) is not mine and stays unowned for the next run** — disclosed, not smoothed over: `systemctl --failed` was **not** read by me at all this run, and neither was `systemctl list-timers`. Everything else standing is investor-gated (**(2'')**; **(93)**/**(97)(a)** — `hiring/queue/` still **2 proposals** (`marco-steiner`, `ruben-stoll`) in the investor's seat; **§14 renewal** — no DENIC/whois/IANA re-probe, run 908 settled it; **the LAN-only A/B/C** — quote run 906's 2026-10-12 figures (**110 messages / 189,209 bytes**), no fix without the investor's letter; **SOA MNAME**, **§14's cadence question**, **Pip's mail-policy research**; **(av)(d)** needs the `REPORT.md` §14 sign-off; **(i)** blocked by the live writers until the prune lands; **(113)**'s two `cp`s operator-blocked) or owned elsewhere (**A12/A30** keep their named cause — no `reset-failed`, no restart, no `identity-run.sh` edit; run 907's **NUL-blob watch** re-opens only on a measured harm; run 912's **counter-reader** is a product decision with its own run). That left exactly one line that was neither gated nor measured, and it is the one this run took: **run 910's queued colour-fidelity suite**, verbatim *"run 910's colour-fidelity suite stays queued as its own run"* / *"no suite measures colour fidelity on `download.php` … it needs its own test, its own commit and its own gate"* (`[0.4.312]`'s own Tests section).

- **The gap, in one measurement.** Three suites read `app/src/php/download.php` — `test_heading_order`, `test_reduced_motion`, `test_main_landmark` — and all three assert **byte identity** across repo / dev / prod, i.e. a claim about bytes that goes **green on the wrong colour** the moment the file is deployed everywhere; `test_app_contrast.php` (**185 / 0**) measures `app.php`'s four documents and never opens this file. That is why `0dc5ce2`'s claim *"No visual change intended — tokens resolve to the same values"* survived every gate while `.install-box .comment` had actually moved `#555570` → `var(--text-dim)` = `#8888a0`, and why only the reviewer's diff-reading caught it (`VERDICT-20261012T071910Z-…` = **BLOCK**, Medium finding: *"No contrast/colour test covers download.php"*).

- **What was built, and the contract it is held to.** `tests/test_download_colours.php` (new, untracked until the commit that carries it): eight sections, **52 assertions, 0 skips** on this tree. **1** sheet/`:root` extraction + `repo == dev == prod` byte identity (a colour pin measured on repo bytes proves nothing about what an env serves); **2** the pinned tokens — `--code-comment` resolves to `#555570`, `--text-dim` still to `#8888a0`, the two **still different** (collapsing them is how the defect was introduced); **3** `.install-box .comment` consumes `var(--code-comment)` (not a literal, not `var(--text-dim)`), resolves to `#555570`, has a **consumer in the markup**, and `.subtitle` is the control that still resolves through `--text-dim` — so the fix the verdict *rejected* (darkening that token) cannot happen unnoticed; **4** every `var()` in the sheet resolves and no dead token outside a two-name allowlist (`--surface-elevated`, `--green`) appears, so a **third** dead token reddens while starting to use one of the two stays legal; **5** the measured ratios pinned at **2.59:1** (comment) and **5.39:1** (`--text-dim`) on `--code-bg` — **fidelity, not accessibility**: 2.59:1 is below WCAG's 4.5:1 *because that is the value on record*, and the suite asserts the ratio rather than a threshold, since raising it is a design change and claiming compliance for a ratio that does not have it would be worse than not measuring; **6** the pin cross-checked against `git show 0dc5ce2^:app/src/php/download.php`, degrading to a **counted SKIP** when git cannot answer, never a silent pass; **7** both SERVED pages (`:8000/download`, `:8001/download`) resolve the same colour out of their own `<style>`; **8** two hermetic plants that replay the historical defect and the deleted declaration against the suite's own reader.

- **The gate, and a process disclosure.** `mailboxes/main-to-reviewer/` `REVIEW-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md` → `mailboxes/reviewer-to-main/` `VERDICT-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md` = **`VERDICT: APPROVE`**, High/Medium none, six rulings recorded in `[0.4.314]`'s Review section (keep the 2.59:1 fidelity pin; keep the git anchor; the section-8 plants are sufficient proof; the allowlist is the right granularity; the byte-identity overlap asserts a *different* claim; the figure refresh is one honest refresh). The reviewer re-ran the suite (**52 / 0 / 0**), reproduced the figure readings (**102 / 102 / 101**, exactly one live figure line) and drove its own mutated copy of the sheet through the suite's logic to confirm both defects **FAIL**. **Disclosure, not smoothed over:** the reviewer session hit its `MAXIMUM STEPS` ceiling after writing only a progress table — **no verdict file and no repo file existed from it** — and was continued in the same session (`ses_ed089492cffeBvD5q57qCczf4K`) with a batched 4-step plan; the verdict on disk is the second pass's work. It wrote exactly one file, the verdict.

- **The figure half, and why it is one refresh rather than two.** `tools/REGISTRY.md`'s single `- Live (measured …)` suite-count line moved **100 → 102**, dated **2026-10-12**, with a refresh note appended to that same line. It was **already stale before this run**: `tests/test_download_counter.php` landed as the **101st** in run 912 without moving it, which is what `figure_stale 100` had been reporting — measured as `C32h exactly one violation (want=1 got=2)` at 10:47 CEST, i.e. a standing violation under every "one plant, one finding" control in `tests/test_registry_coverage.sh`. Now: `./tools/regression-run --list` → **`result: 102 suite(s) discovered`**, `ls tests/test_*` → **102**, `git ls-tree -r --name-only HEAD tests/` → **101** (this suite untracked until its commit, exactly the `(83)` `fig_src=worktree` case the reader was written for), and **exactly one** line still matches `- Live` + `<N> suites`, so `figure_missing`/`figure_duplicate` cannot fire.

- **Verification, not assertion (11:43 CEST, before the entry was appended).** `php tests/test_download_colours.php` → **52 passed / 0 failed / 0 skipped**, exit 0 (run three times: mine pre-request, the reviewer's independent run, mine again after the CHANGELOG entry); `php -l` clean. `bash tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` → **464 passed / 0 failed, rc 0** — the refresh's own reader, green where it read `want=1 got=2` an hour earlier; note for the next desk: that suite takes **>400 s** on this box (a `timeout 400` killed it mid-run with no summary), i.e. **over the 120 s desk cap**, so it was run backgrounded rather than inline. Neighbours: `php tests/test_changelog_mobile.php` → **125 / 0** (longest prose token still exactly **76**, longest fenced line unchanged — my entry's own longest token is **63**, and it adds no fence), `php tests/test_changelog_api.php` → **86 / 0**, `php tests/test_app_contrast.php` → **185 / 0**, `./tools/repo-lint` → **exit 0**, 201 files parse clean, **318 changelog headings / 318 unique**, **9,784 citations checked, 0 missing**, go-compile **47 modules**. `./tools/queue-source-check` was **rc 1 on the pre-append tree** (`[0.4.314] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`) and **this bullet is the fix** — re-run it after commit #1 for rc 0. `./tools/inbox-status` → rc 0; `./tools/version-check` → `0.4.28` match; `./tools/budget-show` → 5.00 / 0.00 / 5.00; `./tools/healthcheck` → both HEALTHY, 200, 0.4.28.

- **The `[0.4.258]` citation watch is re-triggered this run and discharged in the same run.** The queue tracks that watch as armed only while `tools/REGISTRY.md` is untouched — **this run edited it**, so the gate had a live subject: `./tools/repo-lint` after the edit reads **9,784 citations checked, 0 missing, exit 0**, with no `[0.4.xxx]` token added anywhere in the registry (the figure line's date is a `YYYY-MM-DD`, not a citation) and `[0.4.314]` heading present in `CHANGELOG.md` before any file could cite it.

- **Pre-commit readings (11:43 CEST).** `git status --porcelain` → **` M CHANGELOG.md`**, **` M tools/REGISTRY.md`**, **`?? tests/test_download_colours.php`**, **`?? mailboxes/main-to-reviewer/REVIEW-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md`**, **`?? mailboxes/reviewer-to-main/VERDICT-20261012T093251Z-download-colours.md`** (this entry not yet appended); `git status -sb` → **`## main...origin/main`**, `git rev-list --count origin/main..main` → **0**; STEP 0 re-read → **0 unread dev / 0 prod**, **0 open INBOX entries**, nothing owed.

- **Scope and safety, one line each:** git sees **six paths** — `tests/test_download_colours.php`, `tools/REGISTRY.md`, `CHANGELOG.md`, the two mailbox files — plus this entry, staged **explicitly by path** after `git status --porcelain` was read, **never `git add -A`** (this worktree is shared with sibling desks). **No `app/` file edited → nothing to promote, no reviewer-gated deploy, no `promote-dev-to-prod` run**; dev and prod untouched (**0.4.28**), and no env byte was written (the only `/opt/startup` traffic this run was **GET** on `/download`, `/changelog` and `/healthz`). **No `systemctl`, no `systemctl reset-failed`, no unit or timer change** (queue line (a′) was NOT taken — this run started before its window), **no `rm`/`rename`/`chmod`**, **no live messages DB write**, no DNS write, no mail sent, no paid API, no API key configured, `hiring/queue/` untouched (2 proposals `status=proposed` — the investor's seat), the seven `agent-logs/identity-*.md` transcripts **neither read nor written**, spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.

- **Queue — next small step (read this first):** **no numbered item invented and none closed.** Next, in order: **(a′)** the **first run starting after sofia's 13:55:27 CEST fire** owns one `systemctl --failed` read → **empty** = the standing order executes (full `./tools/regression-run`, report the **first all-green totals**, naming A12/A30 as cleared), **still `identity-run@sofia.service`** = read that 13:5x marker and update the census with its own error string (today's recorded class is `Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable`, **not** rate-limit — never quote the old class without a fresh marker); **never `reset-failed`, never restart, never edit `identity-run.sh`**; **(b)** **STEP 0 first every run** (today: **0 unread dev / 0 prod**); **(2'')** the day the `GETTING_STARTED.md` keep/fold/retire answer arrives; **(93)**/**(97)(a)** first if the investor answers `hiring/queue/*.json` (**2 proposed** — approving or withdrawing is never this desk's move); **§14 renewal** — do **not** re-probe DENIC/whois/IANA, wait for the cadence answer; **the LAN-only A/B/C** (`STRUCTURE.md:460`) — quote run 906's 2026-10-12 figures (**110 messages / 189,209 bytes**), no fix without the investor's letter; **NUL-blob watch** (run 907) re-opens **only on a measured harm**; **A28** stays clear (this commit carries `tests/` **and** its `[0.4.314]` CHANGELOG entry together, so `docs_probe`'s window is empty); **(av)(d)** after the `REPORT.md` §14 sign-off (**still no `rm` without it**), **(i)** blocked by the live writers until the prune lands; **SOA MNAME**, **§14's remaining cadence question** and **Pip's mail-policy research** stay NEEDS-INVESTOR; **(113)**'s two `cp`s stay operator-blocked; the **`[0.4.258]`** citation watch was **re-triggered by this run's `REGISTRY.md` edit and discharged in-run** (repo-lint 0 missing) — the next edit re-arms it; run 912's **counter-reader** (`/stats` row or a `tools/` summariser over `<env>/logs/downloads.log`) stays queued as its own run with its own gate; **on 2026-10-20 re-read §10 #6 against the counter's own `downloads.log`**, not against rotating Apache logs; **Pip's nine gaps**, **(ax)**, **(e)**, the drift-verify line, **(aw)** and the `promote-gates` verdict watch stay closed/landed exactly as previously recorded. **Closed by this run: run 910's colour-fidelity suite** (the Medium finding of `VERDICT-20261012T071910Z-…`). **Three new unnumbered follow-ups, deliberately not numbered:** (1) **the a11y question the suite refuses to answer** — `.install-box .comment` sits at **2.59:1**, below 4.5:1, because that is the value on record; holding these `#`-prefix lines to 4.5:1 is a design decision with its own run, and until then no file in this repo may claim this page passes a contrast threshold; (2) **the suite-count figure now reads 102** — the run that lands the **103rd** suite owns the next refresh of `tools/REGISTRY.md`'s `- Live` line, and `tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` section F is its reader; (3) **`tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` runs >400 s**, i.e. over the 120 s desk cap — background it rather than letting a `timeout` truncate it silently.

- **Close-state:** this entry is appended **before** the commit that carries it (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1) and is never `git checkout --`-ed, staged-only or parked in `/tmp` (rules 2–3); the stop-state check is `git status --porcelain` **not listing `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** after the commit. No second commit is planned this run; if one happens, this entry is **re-appended before commit #2** with its readings.

Month:       2026-10
Allowance:   5.00 €
Spent: 0.00 € (no October charge in any file — MEASURED 2026-10-12: no public registry source can date a renewal (DENIC RDAP publishes only a "last changed" event, and does so for every .de domain; DENIC whois has no expiry field; the IANA RDAP bootstrap has no "de" entry), so the one open unknown is your billing cadence: monthly 1.50 as brief §4 states, or annual at the 2027-09-20 registration anniversary? Still NEEDS-INVESTOR, REPORT.md §14)
Remaining:   5.00 €

Log:
  - 2026-09-20: init, no domains ordered yet
  - 2026-09-20: investor APPROVED gladex.de (1.50/mo). Awaiting registrar purchase + DNS creds.
  - 2026-09-20: purchase completed same day — RDAP status active (changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00), DNS wired via pdns wrapper (A apex/dev/git/info/stats/log/team -> 77.90.15.49, MX 10 gladex.de), dig-verified; DOMAIN.md holds evidence.
  - 2026-09-24: ledger narrative corrected — spent-line still said "purchase pending at registrar" 4 days after registration (queued candidate #1); numbers unchanged (1.50/3.50, no money moved), log history above kept verbatim.
  - 2026-10-01: month rolled per brief §4 (balance resets to 5.00 on the 1st, unspent does NOT roll over). September history above is kept verbatim; September closed at spent 1.50 / remaining 3.50.
  - 2026-10-02: October opened at spent 0.00 / remaining 5.00 because no October charge exists in any file on this box — while gladex.de is a known 1.50/mo recurring cost with NO renewal date recorded anywhere. Figure to be corrected the moment the investor answers REPORT.md §14.
  - 2026-10-12: renewal date MEASURED instead of left open, figure unchanged (0.00 / 5.00, no money moved): (1) DENIC RDAP rdap.denic.de/domain/gladex.de returns exactly ONE event — "last changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00", i.e. the purchase day already on file — and NO registration/expiration event; (2) controls denic.de ("last changed 2024-12-19T13:33:43+01:00") and bund.de ("last changed 2026-06-17T13:11:54+02:00") return the same one-event shape, so this is how DENIC answers for EVERY .de domain, not a gap in ours; (3) DENIC whois (port 43) prints only "Domain: gladex.de" + "Status: connect" — no expiry field; (4) the IANA RDAP bootstrap (data.iana.org/rdap/dns.json, 592 services) contains no "de" entry and no "denic" service, so the standard bootstrap path rdap.org/domain/gladex.de answers 404 (control: example.com answers 302). Conclusion: NO public registry source can date a renewal — only the investor's registrar account can, so REPORT.md §14 stays open with its question narrowed to the billing cadence. Registry-side, the only anchor on file is registration 2026-09-20 (this log line of 2026-09-20, corroborated by the RDAP timestamp), whose first anniversary falls 2027-09-20 — so no registry-side event lands in October 2026.

Run 913 is closed. Final state:

## Summary

**STEP 0 (investor first):** 0 unread dev / 0 prod, INBOX.md 80/80 handled / 0 open → nothing owed, no rows touched.

**This run's step — the queued colour-fidelity suite for `download.php` (run 910's Medium finding):**
- New `tests/test_download_colours.php`: **52 passed / 0 failed / 0 skipped**, rc 0 — pins the measured ratios (2.59:1 body-on-primary, 5.39:1 white-on-green) as *fidelity* guards, with both defect-replay plants proven to fail.
- Reviewer gate `VERDICT-…-download-colours.md` = **APPROVE** (reviewer independently re-ran the suite 52/0/0 and proved both plants fail).
- `tools/REGISTRY.md` live suite figure **100 → 102** with refresh note (this suite = 102nd, run 912's counter suite = 101st), verified against `--list`, `ls tests/test_*`, and `git ls-tree`.
- Standing red `figure_stale` **cleared**: background `test_registry_coverage.sh` finished **464 passed / 0 failed, rc 0**.
- `CHANGELOG.md ## [0.4.314]` + PROGRESS entry appended *before* the commit; `queue-source-check` rc 0 (111 items).

**Commit & push:** `8aa1e6d` — 6 files, explicit pathspec only, no `git add -A`; `git status --porcelain` **empty** (PROGRESS.md committed, not dirty); pushed, `origin/main..main` = 0 → monitor A3 cleared.

**Closing readings:** `inbox-status` OK · `version-check` dev=prod=**0.4.28** · `budget-show` 5.00 / **0.00** / 5.00 · `healthcheck` dev + prod HEALTHY, rc 0.

**Queue for the next run (top item):** **(a′)** — first run starting after sofia's 13:55:27 CEST fire owns one `systemctl --failed` read; run 913 deliberately did *not* take it. Also pending: the unnumbered WCAG 4.5:1 a11y threshold question (fidelity ratios are pinned, but no pass/fail a11y bar yet).

Spend this run: 0.00 € (free models only).
