Now appending the run-930 entry to PROGRESS.md (before commit #1):
$ cd /data/repo && cat >> agent-logs/PROGRESS.md <<'ENTRY'

## Builder — run 930 — run 929's queued generalisation lands as the ALL-flag reader: `tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` compares every option row's `(default: …)` claim against that tool's own `--help`, 473 → 485 assertions, over a **45-pair** slice measured at **0 disagreements** before a line was written

- **STEP 0, paid first, before the queue was read.** Schema re-checked first (table `messages`, direction in its `direction` column), then `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM messages WHERE direction='investor_to_agent' AND read=0` → **0 dev / 0 prod**; `./tools/inbox-status` → **rc 0**, `OK - nothing owed (0 unread, 0 open entries all replied)`, last reply **dev 145 / prod 110**; `INBOX.md` **80 `##` entries / 80 with the `~~HANDLED~~` marker / 0 open**. **No `agent_to_investor` row inserted in either database, nothing marked read, `INBOX.md` untouched** — an empty inbox is answered by the measurement, not by a status row. **Production is 0.4.28** — `./tools/version-check` → `OK: dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)`; `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200**; `./tools/budget-show` → **2026-10 5.00 / 0.00 / 5.00**; spend **0.00**, free `*-free` model only, no key configured, **no secret or PII in any prompt, file or commit**.

- **The queue read, and why (a‴) is not mine.** Run 929 handed **(a‴)**: *the first run starting after mia's **08:15:44** and sofia's **08:55:48** CEST fires on 2026-10-13 owns one `systemctl --failed` read*. **This run started 2026-10-13 06:44 CEST** (measured `date -Is`), i.e. **before both fires**, so **(a‴) is not mine and stays unowned for the next run**, and **I took no `systemctl --failed` read at all** (no `reset-failed`, no restart, no unit or timer change, no `identity-run.sh` edit). What I took is the queue's own next unnumbered follow-up, run 929's: *"the **all-flag generalisation** — H reads only `--format`; widening the same block-bound reader to EVERY option row's `(default: …)` claim would reach the 43 comparable pairs the sweep found, but it must first decide how to compare a numeric pair (`tls-check` `--timeout` `5` vs the help's `5.0`) and how to value-normalise prose defaults (`$REGRESSION_TIMEOUT`, `<repo>/tests`), a design question this run scoped OUT rather than guessed at."* Everything else standing is investor-gated (**(2'')**; **(93)**/**(97)(a)** — `hiring/queue/` still **2 proposals** in the investor's seat; **§14 renewal**; **the LAN-only A/B/C**; **SOA MNAME**, **§14's remaining cadence question** and **Pip's mail-policy research**; **(av)(d)**; **(i)**; **(113)**) or owned elsewhere (run 907's **NUL-blob watch**; **the 106th suite owns the next `- Live` figure refresh**, `tools/REGISTRY.md` reads **105**; **2026-10-20** §10 #6 re-read; run 922's durable-census follow-up).

- **Blindness measured before a line was written, not asserted — and two reader defects found by measuring rather than guessed.** Baseline first: the committed suite ran **473 passed / 0 failed** on the untouched tree. Then a standalone Python reader walked every registered non-suite tool, extracted each option's `(default: …)` from BOTH sites (the registry Options row and the tool's own `--help` option block, block-bound) and compared: **45 comparable pairs — 21 of them `--format`, 24 not — 0 disagreements on the live tree**, i.e. this is a **guard, not a repair**. The Bash reader written for this step was then diffed against that independent one and was **wrong twice before it was trusted**: (1) without an `END` flush it dropped the pair sitting on `red-watch`'s last (wrapped) help line — **44 vs 45 pairs**, measured, not reasoned; (2) its first version kept the backticks in a claim written `(default: `human`)`, which produced **9 phantom disagreements**. After both fixes the two readers' **key sets are identical (45 / 45)**; the only value-level difference left between them is `domain-availability-check` `--timeout`, whose registry row reads `(default: 10, minimum 1)` — the shipped reader strips the trailing punctuation to `10` (the value the row itself states, via `sub(/[`,.;:]+$/, …)`), the throwaway read `10,` and printed one **phantom** DISAGREE against the help's `10`. The two design questions run 929 deferred are decided HERE, once, in the helpers: a **numeric** pair compares numerically, so `5` and `5.0` agree (counted separately in `allflag_numeq` so a reader can watch the rule firing), and a **prose** default (`$REGRESSION_TIMEOUT`, `<repo>/tests`) compares by its LITERAL first token on both sides — no environment expansion, no path resolution, because this is a docs-agreement read, not a behaviour read.

- **The step: the all-flag reader plus H4–H8, 473 → 485.** New helpers, documented where they live: `af_help_map()` (one `flag<TAB>value` per option DEFINITION whose block states a `(default: …)`, block-bound and END-flushed), `af_reg_rows()` (one per Options row, flag = first backticked token's first word) and `af_same()` (identical, or both numeric and numerically equal). The all-flag loop runs inside `run_check`'s per-tool loop where `$sec` and `$helpout` are already in scope, so it **adds no extra `--help` call**; `SUMMARY` gains `allflag_pairs=allflag_mismatch=allflag_numeq`; the printed `VIOLATION` kind is `allflag_default_mismatch`. **H4** the live snapshot carries the `allflag_pairs=` key; **H5** non-vacuity — at least **20** rows claim a default on both sides (measured **45**); **H6** every such pair agrees → `allflag_mismatch` = **0**; **H7** no `allflag_default_mismatch` VIOLATION line on the live tree; **H8** at least one pair agrees **only numerically** (`tls-check` `--timeout`, `5` vs `5.0`), so H6 cannot be green because the rule is never exercised. Controls: **C44e** (C44's `--format` plant now sits under BOTH readers, so it yields **2** violations: `format_default_mismatch` and `allflag_default_mismatch`) and **C45**, a **non-format** plant (`tls-check` `--port` `443 → 8443`) that reddens **only** the all-flag reader — exactly **1** violation — which is what keeps the two kinds separable; the `--help` epilog's declared control count moves `C 44 → C 45` and the section-H help text names the widened scope. `--format` pairs deliberately stay in BOTH readers. `bash -n` clean.

- **Measured, not trusted: the full suite and the neighbours.** `bash tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` → **485 passed / 0 failed, exit 0** (log `/tmp/opencode/r930/full1.log`; the child run prints `allflag_pairs=45 allflag_mismatch=0 allflag_numeq=1 fmt_claim_pairs=21 fmt_claim_mismatch=0 violations=0`). `php tests/test_changelog_mobile.php` **125 / 0**, `php tests/test_changelog_api.php` **86 / 0** (reference parse and the app parser both read the appended `[0.4.329]`), `php tests/test_app_version.php` **39 / 0** (the app train is the *first* heading, untouched at 0.4.28 by a bottom append), `bash tests/test_queue_source.sh` **278 / 0**, `./tools/repo-lint` → **rc 0, 333 headings** at this read because the tool lints the **committed blob** and my entry is still in the worktree — **334** is the post-commit prediction, `./tools/queue-source-check` → **rc 1, exactly one violation**, `[0.4.329] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`, which this very entry clears. **`tools/REGISTRY.md`'s own figures are refreshed by this run**: the `bash tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` Tests bullet moves **464 → 485** (and now records `[0.4.328]`'s 464 → 473 next to `[0.4.329]`'s 473 → 485 — the 464 was already 9 assertions behind after run 929, which did not refresh it), and the negative-control count moves **43 → 45**. The `- Live:` figure is untouched at **105** (no new suite file), so no refresh is owed.

- **Scope and safety, one line each:** commits are by **explicit pathspec, never `git add -A`** (this worktree is shared with sibling desks) — this run's paths are `tests/test_registry_coverage.sh`, `tools/REGISTRY.md`, `CHANGELOG.md` and `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`. **No executable under `tools/` was modified** — `tools/REGISTRY.md` is its prose only, and every mutant lived in the throwaway sandbox `/tmp/opencode/r930/`. **No `app/` file edited → nothing to promote, no reviewer-gated deploy, no `promote-dev-to-prod`**; dev and prod untouched (**0.4.28**). **No `systemctl --failed`, no `reset-failed`, no restart, no unit or timer change, no `identity-run.sh` edit** (queue line (a‴) NOT taken); **no `rm`/`rename`/`chmod` outside the sandbox**, **no live messages DB write**, no DNS write, no mail sent, no paid API, no API key configured, `hiring/queue/` untouched (**2 proposals `status=proposed`** — the investor's seat), spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.

- **Queue — next small step (read this first):** **one unnumbered follow-up closed (run 929's all-flag generalisation), none invented.** Next, in order: **(a‴)** the **first run starting after mia's (Tue 2026-10-13 08:15:44) and sofia's (08:55:48) fires** owns **one** `systemctl --failed` read → **empty** = the standing order executes (full `./tools/regression-run`, report the **first all-green totals**, naming A12/A30 as cleared), **still red** = read the fresh markers and update the census with their own error string, carrying **run 922's 2-units / 2-classes / 1-shared + 1-ling-specific split** as the baseline to compare against; **still never `reset-failed`, never restart, never edit `identity-run.sh`**; **(b)** **STEP 0 first every run** (today: **0 unread dev / 0 prod**, `INBOX.md` **80/80/0 open**); **A28** must stay clear — this commit carries `CHANGELOG.md` together with its `tests/` path, which is what the docs probe reads as documented; **A12/A30** stay the census's (queue line (a‴)); **A3/A15** clear with whatever unpushed-commit or dirty-tree they were last measured on (this commit's push clears them); **the `- Live:` figure** stays **true at 105** — **the 106th suite owns the next refresh**, and re-check `REGISTRY_COVERAGE_CHILD=1 bash tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` → rc 0 before trusting any figure in that file; **run 922's unnumbered durable-census follow-up** (a `tests/` guard or `tools/` reader that persists "last known failed units + their class") stays queued as its own small step with its own tests and a reviewer gate; **(2'')** the day the `GETTING_STARTED.md` keep/fold/retire answer arrives; **(93)**/**(97)(a)** first if the investor answers `hiring/queue/*.json` (**2 proposals**); **§14 renewal** — no DENIC/whois/IANA re-probe (the 2026-10-12 measurement already narrowed it to the billing cadence); **the LAN-only A/B/C** (`STRUCTURE.md:460`) — quote run 906's figures **110 messages / 189,209 bytes**, no fix without the investor's letter; **NUL-blob watch** (run 907) re-opens **only on a measured harm**; **(av)(d)** after the `REPORT.md` §14 sign-off (**still no `rm` without it**), **(i)** blocked by the live writers until the prune lands; **SOA MNAME**, **§14's remaining cadence question** and **Pip's mail-policy research** stay NEEDS-INVESTOR; **(113)**'s two `cp`s stay operator-blocked; **on 2026-10-20 re-read §10 #6 against the counter's own `downloads.log`** with `./tools/download-stats --format json`; the **`/stats` display row** stays closed while its **`/api/stats`** mirror stays an unwritten, unqueued product decision; **Pip's nine gaps are CLOSED from this desk** (gap 6 the investor's, future-date half a recorded decision, re-open only on a measured regression); **(ax)**, **(e)**, the drift-verify line, **(aw)**, the `promote-gates` verdict watch and run 915's "repo vs both envs" monitor stay closed/queued exactly as previously recorded. **Closed by this run: run 929's unnumbered all-flag generalisation follow-up** — H4–H8 plus C44e/C45, over a slice first measured (45 pairs / 0 disagreements) by an independent reader, and two reader defects found by diffing against it rather than asserted away. **One new unnumbered follow-up, deliberately not numbered:** the two `tools/REGISTRY.md` figures this run just refreshed — the **Tests bullet's assertion count** (**485**) and the **negative-control count** (**`**C** 45`**) — **have no reader**: measured, no test greps either figure (the suite's own `- Live:` suite-count is the only REGISTRY figure with one), so editing either walks past exactly the way the `--format` claim did before section H; queued, not attempted, because this run's step was the reader those figures describe, and pinning them needs its own control.

- **Close-state:** this entry is appended **before** the commit that carries it (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1) and is never `git checkout --`-ed, staged-only or parked in `/tmp` (rules 2–3); the stop-state check is `git status --porcelain` **not listing `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** after the commit. The post-commit re-reads (`repo-lint`'s predicted **334**, `queue-source-check`, `red-watch`, `bash tests/test_queue_source.sh`, the full registry-coverage suite, `inbox-status`) are recorded in the **close-correction** bullet below, appended before commit #2 if one is made (rule 2). The push that follows must leave `git rev-list --count origin/main..main` → **0**. **Queue line (a‴) is unchanged: still owned by the first run starting after mia's 08:15:44 and sofia's 08:55:48 fires on 2026-10-13 — this run started 06:44 CEST, so it took no `systemctl --failed` read.**

Month:       2026-10
Allowance:   5.00 €
Spent: 0.00 € (no October charge in any file — MEASURED 2026-10-12: no public registry source can date a renewal (DENIC RDAP publishes only a "last changed" event, and does so for every .de domain; DENIC whois has no expiry field; the IANA RDAP bootstrap has no "de" entry), so the one open unknown is your billing cadence: monthly 1.50 as brief §4 states, or annual at the 2027-09-20 registration anniversary? Still NEEDS-INVESTOR, REPORT.md §14)
Remaining:   5.00 €

Log:
  - 2026-09-20: init, no domains ordered yet
  - 2026-09-20: investor APPROVED gladex.de (1.50/mo). Awaiting registrar purchase + DNS creds.
  - 2026-09-20: purchase completed same day — RDAP status active (changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00), DNS wired via pdns wrapper (A apex/dev/git/info/stats/log/team -> 77.90.15.49, MX 10 gladex.de), dig-verified; DOMAIN.md holds evidence.
  - 2026-09-24: ledger narrative corrected — spent-line still said "purchase pending at registrar" 4 days after registration (queued candidate #1); numbers unchanged (1.50/3.50, no money moved), log history above kept verbatim.
  - 2026-10-01: month rolled per brief §4 (balance resets to 5.00 on the 1st, unspent does NOT roll over). September history above is kept verbatim; September closed at spent 1.50 / remaining 3.50.
  - 2026-10-02: October opened at spent 0.00 / remaining 5.00 because no October charge exists in any file on this box — while gladex.de is a known 1.50/mo recurring cost with NO renewal date recorded anywhere. Figure to be corrected the moment the investor answers REPORT.md §14.
  - 2026-10-12: renewal date MEASURED instead of left open, figure unchanged (0.00 / 5.00, no money moved): (1) DENIC RDAP rdap.denic.de/domain/gladex.de returns exactly ONE event — "last changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00", i.e. the purchase day already on file — and NO registration/expiration event; (2) controls denic.de ("last changed 2024-12-19T13:33:43+01:00") and bund.de ("last changed 2026-06-17T13:11:54+02:00") return the same one-event shape, so this is how DENIC answers for EVERY .de domain, not a gap in ours; (3) DENIC whois (port 43) prints only "Domain: gladex.de" + "Status: connect" — no expiry field; (4) the IANA RDAP bootstrap (data.iana.org/rdap/dns.json, 592 services) contains no "de" entry and no "denic" service, so the standard bootstrap path rdap.org/domain/gladex.de answers 404 (control: example.com answers 302). Conclusion: NO public registry source can date a renewal — only the investor's registrar account can, so REPORT.md §14 stays open with its question narrowed to the billing cadence. Registry-side, the only anchor on file is registration 2026-09-20 (this log line of 2026-09-20, corroborated by the RDAP timestamp), whose first anniversary falls 2027-09-20 — so no registry-side event lands in October 2026.
