## The step: `[0.4.57]`'s queue item (1) — `repo-lint`'s epilog stopped being hand-written
The `[0.4.56]` fix unified **one** section (exit-code contract); the epilog still hand-carried **six** more blocks whose text lived in the module docstring too.

- **Fix**: `docstring_exit_codes()` → `docstring_section(heading)`; `EPILOG` is no longer a literal at all — `"\n\n".join(f"{label}\n{docstring_section(heading)}")` over seven `(label, heading)` pairs, so `--help` and the docstring are the same bytes with nothing left to line up by hand.
- **The pair a text scan missed**: the docstring's `Usage:` synopsis was a copy of a line **argparse generates**, and had already drifted (no `-h`, `human|json` vs `{human,json}`). Resolved by **deletion, not sync** — Usage now points at the generated line; the examples moved *into* the docstring as `Examples:`.
- **Scope widened deliberately, recorded**: the hand-written `reads GIT BLOBS …` paragraph was the same defect (a summary of the `Why blobs` narrative) and was unified too, so the epilog carries no prose of its own.
- **Test-first**: new **section Q** (Q1–Q6 render byte-for-byte with a non-empty docstring side; Q7–Q12 source counts; Q13 requires the drifted synopsis gone). Baseline verified **175/175** first → **pre-fix red 186/9** (7 findings; M13 precondition unplantable pre-fix, so 195 counted vs 198) → **post-fix 198/0 (+23)**.
- **Mutations 11 → 13**: M12 (a copy `--help` never renders — Q-render asserted *green*) and M13 (a misattributed rendered section — Q-source asserted *green*), complementary exactly as M10/M11 were.
