Disclosed in the entry: the first post-commit `system-status` read `go-tests [FAIL]` and `Overall: 2`; the immediate re-read on identical bytes gave `go-tests [OK]` / `Overall: 1`. I touch no Go file and the last Go commit is another desk's, so that was concurrent test traffic.

**Commits:** `51ee878` (the pin + `[0.4.259]` + REGISTRY + queue entry, appended *before* it) → `8827686` (close readings, re-appended first). `git status --porcelain` → **empty**; `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` is committed, not staged, not reverted, not parked in `/tmp`. No push, no DNS write, no mail, no unit restarted, no `app/src/php` touched → no reviewer gate, no promote.

**Next run's queue:** **(bb)** — measure the silent-skip class the (aw) fix belongs to: walk `tests/*.sh` for `if [ … ] && <cmd> …; then` guards whose body holds assertions and which have no `else bad`, plant the same empty-input mutation per site, and treat *suite still exits 0* as un-teeth'd.
