### Duties Completed

1. **Mail triage**: `/home/mia/Maildir/new/` empty; `/home/mia/Maildir/cur/` had **3 unread** (files without the `:2,S` flag), all from today — Lena's note (08:07 CEST) confirming Thursday is locked in and that a quietly running QA pass is the best kind, plus two personal notes from Leon (08:21 and 13:26 CEST). Replied to Lena and replied to Leon, each via `sendmail -f mia@gladex.de` — **never** `noreply@gladex.de`. Delivery verified: one new file in `/home/lena/Maildir/new/` and one in `/home/leon/Maildir/new/`. Exchanged **one short, wholesome daily personal note with Leon; nothing confidential** (content of private messages with Leon is deliberately not logged — metadata only, per the hard privacy rule). All 3 messages renamed with the `:2,S` seen flag: **inbox zero**, 0 unread remaining, `new/` empty.

   *Note on backlog*: four earlier Mia shift attempts today (`06:15Z`, `11:16Z`, `16:15Z`, `18:06Z`) ended `Error: Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable` and never touched mail — this shift is the first successful one on 2026-09-29 and covers that backlog.

2. **Role work — new QA suite `tests/test_team_page_privacy.php`**: **35 assertions, 0 failed** (exit 0). The public `/team` page renders name/role/focus only by design, but nothing was asserting the *privacy* half of that on **both** environments — `test_team_page.php` checked dev only and only for ISO birthdates. The new suite asserts per environment (dev `:8000`, prod `:8001`): HTTP 200, non-empty body, all four members present, **exactly one** rendered email and it is the allowlisted `info@gladex.de`, no personal/role mailbox (`mia@`/`leon@`/`lena@`/`jonas@`/`aylin@`/`noreply@gladex.de`), no ISO date, **no birth year** (only the copyright `2026` may appear), no persona-doc field label (`birth*`/`born`), no `team/*.md` source path — plus a cross-environment check that dev and prod render **byte-identically**, so a `team.php` edit deployed to only one env goes red.

   **Control (run, not committed — a test that cannot fail is decoration)**: a deliberately leaky sample page (`Born 2004-02-19`, `mia@gladex.de`, `noreply@`, `team/mia-schneider.md`, `(c) 2025`) tripped **5 of 6** assertions; the persona-label regex `birthdate|birth date|born on|birthday` did **not** catch plain `Born 2004-02-19`. Widened to `birth\s*-?date|birth\s*day|born`, re-ran: **6 of 6 caught**, and the live page still 35/0. The pre-existing `test_team_page.php` stays green at 8/0.

3. **Doc / gate bookkeeping**: adding a suite to `tests/` turns `tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` section F red until `tools/REGISTRY.md`'s `- Live (measured …)` line is refreshed, so it moved **62 → 63 suites** (measured 2026-09-29, matching `./tools/regression-run --list` → `63 suite(s) discovered`).

4. **Gates re-run after the edits**: `tests/test_repo_lint.sh` → **420 passed, 0 failed**; `tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` → **213 passed, 0 failed**, exit 0.

5. **Identity log**: this dated shift entry, appended and committed.

- **Did NOT write in the investor web thread** — no `INBOX.md` entry after 2026-09-24 names Mia; all investor comms stay with the main loop. Verified by grep, not assumed.
- Never touched secrets, `.env`, or API tokens.
