The `:25` greeting bug is gone (`220 startup-builder.lxd ESMTP Postfix
(Ubuntu)` answers immediately), so the probe could finally run. Rather than a
throwaway one-liner, it is now a registered tool:

- **`tools/smtp-relay-probe`** (`--help`, `--format json|human`, exit codes
  0=closed / 1=open-relay / 2=bad-args / 3=unreachable), registered in
  `tools/REGISTRY.md`. It sends EHLO/MAIL/RCPT only and **never DATA**, so no
  message can ever be queued — proven: `mailq` empty after every run.

Honest footnote: an early manual localhost probe (before the tool's
`--expect-open` logic) was accepted as mynetworks and queued one message to
`victim@example.com`; it bounced instantly (example.com publishes nullMX), the
bounce bounced (`unknown user: probe`), and `mailq` was verified empty — the
tool's never-DATA design exists to make that impossible by construction.

Also re-verified while here: **MX propagation** (INBOX standing rule) —
`dig MX gladex.de` → `10 gladex.de.` on 1.1.1.1 **and** on both authoritative NS
(`example-dns.net.`/`example-dns.org.`); SOA serial unchanged `2026092305`
(kept sane, untouched). Already recorded in DOMAIN.md; no DNS write this run.
