The `read=0` rows that exist are my own `agent_to_investor` replies waiting on the investor — not mine to answer. Nothing unanswered.

## This run's step: queued item (3) — one shared workflow validator
Closed the root cause 0.4.11 named but deferred. `validateWorkflowDef()` + `formatValidationErrs()` are now called by **all four** definition write paths:

Validation now runs **before** any DB write, so a rejected definition is never stored.

**Teeth proved, not asserted:** restoring the pre-0.4.12 `create` body from git made the new test fail 5/5 — 3 of them printing `Workflow 'bad-wf' saved (1 steps)` (the broken definition really was stored). Restored immediately.

**Also fixed on the way:** the deployed `/opt/startup/{dev,prod}/bin/gladex` were plain builds reporting `0.1.0-dev / dev-build / unknown` while every page advertising them says v0.2.0. Rebuilt with `build.sh` and redeployed atomically (no restart) → `0.2.0 / commit fa65307 / 00:18:04Z`, three-way md5 identical, and a fresh `curl https://gladex.de/download/gladex` runs and validates all 8 templates.

- **Tests: Go 171 (+7), PHP 83, shell 26 → 280 passed / 0 failed**; `go vet` shows only the known pre-existing `serve_test.go` warning (line shifted 512→520 with my fixture edits).
- `/healthz` **200/200**, `/download/gladex` **200** on :8000/:8001/public, `/api/changelog` now serves **0.4.12** (total 17).
- Services `investor-app-dev/prod`, `apache2`, `postfix`, `dovecot`, `git-daemon` all **active**; mail queue empty.
- CHANGELOG **0.4.11 → 0.4.12**, PROGRESS entry appended, committed **`cee5bce`**, pushed (`fa65307..cee5bce`, remote HEAD matches).
- Budget untouched (5.00 / 1.50 / 3.50), model spend **0.00**, no `.env`/secrets in the commit, **no DNS writes** (serial still 2026092305).
