Tail — run-20261025-015535-2059.log (last 200 lines)
- **Six suites were red at run start and their cause is THIS RUN's uncommitted CHANGELOG heading, not the fix — root-caused by reproduction, then re-run after this entry.** `test_system_status_dns` **47 p / 2 f**, `test_system_status_go_tests` **91 / 1**, `test_system_status_investor_duty` **42 / 8**, `test_system_status_mx_soa` **28 / 3**, `test_system_status_mx_soa_transport` **73 / 3**, `test_system_status_tls_expiry` **48 / 12** all failed on the same shape — `baseline exits 0 (got 1)`, `errors went 0 → 1`, `clean baseline has 0 errors (got '1')`. Reproducing their own stub environment by hand (same `curl` stub `printf 200`, same `systemctl`/`dig`/`openssl`/`go`/`repo-lint` stubs, absent fixture DBs) gives a stubbed run with **exactly one `error` row**: **`queue-source — 1 violation(s): [0.4.372] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** (`./tools/queue-source-check` → rc 1, one violation, re-read verbatim). Those suites run `tools/system-status` against the **real repo dir**, so a newest CHANGELOG heading that this file does not yet name reddens their "clean baseline" arm — the R8 guard doing its job, one entry late by construction (the entry cannot precede the heading). **Their curl stubs are arg-agnostic, so `-I` is not implicated**; the six are re-run **after this entry** and their figures are quoted in the verification bullet below.
- **`tests/test_registry_figure_readers.sh` → 41 passed / 3 failed, all three classified and none of them this change's.** **V7b** `test_identity_wrapper.sh` `want=45 got=44` with `child rc=1` — the child's own red is `case10 … (got='opencode/ling-3.1-flash-free' want='opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free')`, i.e. **another seat's sofia model repin** (`a9c45a2`, 22:10Z) landing between the wrapper's docs and its `MODEL=` line — this run touches neither file; **V10b** `test_ip_drift_cron.sh` `want=340 got=338` with `child rc=1` on `live run wrote its log inside the sandbox (want '1' got '2')` — the suite's **live** arm, which on this box has **no DNS egress** (`getent hosts` → rc 2, `curl https://example.com` → resolve failure), so the real `ip-drift-check` takes its CHECK-ERROR path and writes the second log file; **V13b** `test_ip_drift_check.sh` `want=136 got=134` with `child rc=0` — the same live-arm shortfall (134 reproduced on a solo re-run), the registry's 136 being the **2026-10-14** network-present reading. All three children were last edited 10-02…10-07 and none references `tools/system-status` except the cron suite's documentation rows, so none can be this run's; the figure-reader census stays **18 sections, 17 read / 1 unread by construction (EXHAUSTED)**.
- **Scope and safety, one line each:** this run's commit carries **exactly five paths — `tests/test_download_counter.php` (section 5 + docblock), `CHANGELOG.md` (`[0.4.372]`), `tools/REGISTRY.md` (HTTP-endpoints bullet + `**Tests**:` bullet), `REPORT.md` (§10 #6 "Defect FIXED" block) and `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` (this entry)** — staged by **explicit pathspec** read from `git status --porcelain` immediately before staging, **never `git add -A`** on this shared index (the sixth path, `tools/system-status`, is already in HEAD under `a9c45a2` — see the sweep bullet; any further mid-run sweeps are recorded, never reverted) · **no `app/`, `src/`, `dev/`, `prod/` or `STRUCTURE.md` file touched** → **no promote needed and none was taken**, dev and prod untouched at **0.4.28** (`tools/`, `tests/`, `REGISTRY.md`, `REPORT.md` and `CHANGELOG.md` are repo scope, not `source-sync-check`'s env-synced trees) · **a CHANGELOG heading IS added this run** — a tool's request flags and a test's assertions moved, which is exactly the condition queue-source R8's `[0.4.372]` exists for · **no `systemctl` change of any kind** (no start, restart or reset-failed, no unit/timer/crontab edit; tmp-sweep timer untouched; the six failed units left standing — two Class A investor-gated, four Class B for their own fires) · **no live messages-DB write** (STEP 0 owed nothing → no `agent_to_investor` row, nothing marked read, counts unchanged **149 dev / 114 prod**) · **no `rm` issued**, no `/tmp` path removed (the negative-control tool copy and harness live under `/tmp/opencode/`, outside the repo) · no `coverage-baseline.json` write, no `coverage-guard --record` · `hiring/queue/` read-only (**2 proposals `status=proposed`**, the investor's seat) · no DNS write, no mail sent, no paid API, no API key configured · **never `git stash`** in this tree. Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.
- **Queue — next small step (read this first):** **STEP 0 first every run** (today **0 unread dev / 0 prod**, `INBOX.md` **80/80/0**; the table is `messages` with `direction='investor_to_agent'`; last reply **dev 149 / prod 114**). **TOP, still BLOCKED-ON-INVESTOR: the model repin — `mia` (`ling-3.1-flash-free`) and `aylin` (`muse-spark-1.3-contributor-free`), both ABSENT from the 69-model catalog**; sofia's pin was changed **by another seat** at 2026-10-24 22:52 CEST (her unit has left `systemctl --failed`), so confirm that was wanted when the investor next writes — **fold the mia/aylin instance into a reply they trigger, do not send a fourth standalone row.** **The download-counter defect is FIXED this run — do not re-queue it**; what remains of §10 #6 is only the investor's standing *"what counts as adoption"* call and the 1 unattributable candidate in 13 days. **Process note for the next run, measured here:** a run that adds a CHANGELOG heading reddens the six stub-baseline suites (`dns`, `go_tests`, `investor_duty`, `mx_soa`, `mx_soa_transport`, `tls_expiry`) and `queue-source-check` until its PROGRESS entry exists — **append the entry before running that batch**, do not re-derive the cause. **Also still open, unchanged:** the **coverage** human act (`--record` green-only, human; `fall: 1`, `baseline-stale 5`); the **log-truncation** standing WARN stays unreopened; run 952's **(i)** only on a measured future-dated marker and **(iii)** only on a measured A12 misread; **(93)**/**(97)(a)** first if the investor answers `hiring/queue/*.json` (**2 proposals**); **(2'')** the day the `GETTING_STARTED.md` keep/fold/retire answer arrives; **§14 renewal** cadence, **LAN-only A/B/C**, **SOA MNAME**, **Pip's mail-policy D1–D4** (decision half) and the **`77.90.15.49` PTR** (operator item) stay NEEDS-INVESTOR; **`jsonl-rotate` stays built but unscheduled**; the **git-author fix** stays operator-owned / investor-nod; **V7b/V10b/V13b** in the figure reader are the concurrent-repin and no-DNS-egress reds recorded above. The figure-reader fallback stays **EXHAUSTED** (17/18 read) and the `- Live:` line stays at **125** (no suite added). **V14b, the §14 prune ask and the Class-B follow-up stay discharged.**
- **Close-state:** this entry is appended **before** the commit that carries it (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1) and is never `git checkout --`-ed, staged-only or parked in `/tmp` (rules 2–3); the stop-state check is `git status --porcelain` **not listing `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** after the commit. This run makes **one content commit** (five paths, explicit pathspec), pushes, and **if** a second commit follows (the post-push close-correction), this entry's close-correction bullet is **re-appended before commit #2** (rule 2). No app version moved — the served version stays **`0.4.28`**. Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.
- **Verification after this entry, every figure measured on this tree before the commit:** the six stub-baseline suites re-run green one by one — `test_system_status_dns` **49 / 0, rc 0**, `test_system_status_go_tests` **92 / 0, rc 0**, `test_system_status_investor_duty` **50 / 0, rc 0**, `test_system_status_mx_soa` **31 / 0, rc 0**, `test_system_status_mx_soa_transport` **76 / 0, rc 0**, `test_system_status_tls_expiry` **60 / 0, rc 0** — i.e. **every one of the 29 pre-entry failures was the single `queue-source` row this entry clears**, none of them the `-I` change (their counts rose with their baseline arm, `47→49`, `42→50`, `28→31`, `73→76`, `48→60`, `91→92`); `./tools/queue-source-check` → **rc 0, "OK - one queue: `[0.4.372]` pointer-only, 111 item line(s) frozen across 326 section(s), 203 PROGRESS bullet(s), 2 path token(s)"** — R8 clear on this run's own heading, the bullet count 202 → 203 by this entry; `php tests/test_download_counter.php` re-run **106 / 0** after the entry; `bash tests/test_registry_coverage.sh` (`REGISTRY_COVERAGE_CHILD=1`) re-read **rc 0, violations=0, fig_claim=125**; `./tools/repo-lint` re-read **rc 0** on the entry-bearing tree.
- **Close-correction — post-push re-reads on the pushed tree, plus ONE figure of my own corrected; the run stops here with a clean tree.** Commit #1 → **`0839458`**, staged by **explicit pathspec** after `git status --porcelain` was read in the same breath and showed **exactly the five intended paths** (`CHANGELOG.md`, `REPORT.md`, `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`, `tests/test_download_counter.php`, `tools/REGISTRY.md`); `git status --porcelain` was **empty immediately after the commit**, i.e. this file was committed, not parked (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 3). Push **`40a25e0..0839458`** → **rc 0**, no force, no lease override (upstream had moved under me — another identity pushed while I staged, so the range is theirs → mine rather than `a9c45a2..`); `git rev-list --left-right --count main...origin/main` → **`0 0`**; `git ls-remote origin` → `refs/heads/main = 0839458`. **Correction, disclosed rather than smoothed:** the entry's counter bullet claims *"a scan of every line with `ts >= 1792879298` finds 0 `curl/8.5.0` entries"* — that predicate is wrong by exactly one line, because the boundary line **is** the last self-probe itself (`ts:1792879298`, `method:GET`, `ua:curl/8.5.0`); the measured truth is **`ts > 1792879298` → 0 lines**, i.e. **no self-probe has been written since the fix**, and the CHANGELOG `[0.4.372]` wording ("`curl/8.5.0` lines **after** that timestamp: 0") was already the correct strict form. Recounted both ways this close: `grep curl/8.5.0 | ts > 1792879298` → **0**; total `curl/8.5.0` lines → **3,011** (frozen); `grep -c '"method":"HEAD"'` → **0**, which is the suite's claim corroborated live — a HEAD writes no line at all. The counter was **3,031 → 3,031 across the post-push live run (delta 0 again)**. **STEP 0 re-paid at the close, no `agent_to_investor` row written and nothing marked read**: `./tools/inbox-status` → **rc 0, "OK - nothing owed (0 unread, 0 open entries all replied)"**, `INBOX.md` **80/80/0**, last reply **dev 149 / prod 114** (mia+aylin repin still unanswered; newest row in each DB still my own). `./tools/version-check` → **OK dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)**; `./tools/queue-source-check` → **rc 0, one queue `[0.4.372]` pointer-only, 111 item line(s) across 326 section(s), 203 PROGRESS bullet(s)** — R8 clear on this run's own heading; `./tools/source-sync-check --env both` → **in sync, 48 file(s) across 2 env(s), rc 0** (so **no promote exists to take**, dev and prod untouched at **0.4.28**); `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY 200 `"version":"0.4.28"`**; `./tools/budget-show` → **2026-10, allowance 5.00 / spent 0.00 / remaining 5.00**; `./tools/repo-lint` → **rc 0, `all 236 linted file(s) parse clean`, 376 changelog version headings / 376 unique / 10,308 citations / 0 missing** (re-read after the entry, not carried); `./tools/red-watch` → **`state=red passed=26 failed=2`**, the two being **A12 + A30** — i.e. **the push cleared A3, A4–A8, A15 and A28**, which had all failed pre-commit on this run's own in-flight state, leaving the standing pair (A12's detail now reads `checks in error: failed-units,DNS:gladex.de,ip-drift`: the six-unit reality plus the two **no-DNS-egress** rows this box cannot measure — `getent hosts` → rc 2, `curl https://example.com` → resolve failure, the same environmental class recorded for V10b/V13b); `./tools/failed-units-classify` (warm) → **rc 4 / PERSISTENT, `class_a=2` (`aylin`, `mia`), `class_b=4` transient ×4, `class_c=0`, catalog 69**; live `./tools/system-status --format json` → **`errors 3`**, `download` **`ok 200`**, `git-tree` **`[OK] clean`**, `queue-source` **ok**, `healthz-prod` **200**. Suites re-confirmed after the entry and before the push: the six former reds **49/0, 92/0, 50/0, 31/0, 76/0, 60/0** and `php tests/test_download_counter.php` **106 / 0**. Commit #2 stages **`agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` by explicit pathspec only**, and the stop-state after it is `git status --porcelain` **not listing `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`**. No app version moved (**0.4.28**), no `systemctl` change, no messages-DB write, no DNS/mail/API/key, spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.
## Builder — run 1006 — small verifiable step: **the apex moved and nobody here moved it — `gladex.de`/`www`/`mail` now point at `178.104.11.60` (a different network's machine) since 2026-10-24, so the public site serves a stranger's `Sign in` page and inbound `*@gladex.de` mail times out on port 25** — measured end-to-end (public resolvers + both authoritative NS + DENIC RDAP + per-path curl against both IPs + a port-25 probe), recorded in `DOMAIN.md`'s new `## INCIDENT 2026-10-24` section, and reported to the investor as **dev 150 / prod 115**, with **zero writes to the zone** — no `pdns-api.py` call, no revert, no credential
- **STEP 0, paid first — owed nothing, then the run's own notice.** `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM messages WHERE direction='investor_to_agent' AND read=0` → **0 dev / 0 prod** at orientation; `./tools/inbox-status` → **rc 0, "OK - nothing owed (0 unread, 0 open entries all replied)"**, `INBOX.md` **80/80/0** (both entries listed in this run's brief — 2026-09-30 hiring, 2026-10-05 prod-version correction — already ~~HANDLED~~), last reply **dev 149 / prod 114**. **Production is 0.4.28** (the investor's 2026-10-05 correction stands; the wrong figure 0.4.29 quoted nowhere): `./tools/version-check` → **OK dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)**; `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200, both `"version":"0.4.28"`**; `./tools/budget-show` → 2026-10, allowance **5.00 / spent 0.00 / remaining 5.00**. Because this run found a production-affecting change nobody in this repo made, it then wrote **one** `agent_to_investor` row into each database — dev **id 150**, prod **id 115**, `ts` **1792887699** (= `2026-10-25T00:21:39Z`, an **epoch**, never ISO, per run 371's lesson), `body` 2,649 bytes, `read=0` — inside `BEGIN IMMEDIATE`, with the unread predicate re-read **after** the commit: still **0 / 0**, and `./tools/inbox-status` re-run → **rc 0, last reply dev 150 / prod 115**. The row is a notice, not a status line: it carries the evidence, the single ask (*deliberate or not?*), and folds the still-unanswered **mia/aylin repin** into itself so the standing item does not need a fifth standalone row.
- **Why this step: it is the only queue line this run could both discover and close, and it outranks everything else on the board.** Every other priced item was gated before this run opened — TOP mia/aylin repin **BLOCKED-ON-INVESTOR** (folded above), coverage `--record` human, (93)/(97)(a) awaiting `hiring/queue/*.json` (**2 proposals**), `(2'')`/`§14`/`SOA MNAME`/mail-policy/PTR NEEDS-INVESTOR, `jsonl-rotate` and `tmp-sweep --apply` operator-owned, run 952's (i)/(iii) conditioned on measurements that still do not exist. The `system-status` run then showed **`DNS:gladex.de` in `error`**: `1.1.1.1 answered '178.104.11.60', 8.8.8.8 answered '178.104.11.60', expected 77.90.15.49` — a public entry point was no longer ours, and nothing in this repository knew it.
- **The measurement, layer by layer, every figure taken this run.** (1) **Public resolvers**: `dig @1.1.1.1` and `dig @8.8.8.8` both → `178.104.11.60`. (2) **Authoritative**: `example-dns.net` (77.90.60.110) and `example-dns.org` (94.249.188.145) — resolved through 1.1.1.1, because this box's own resolver cannot resolve names at all — each answer `gladex.de A 178.104.11.60`, so **not cache and not the LAN split-horizon wildcard**. (3) **Zone**: SOA serial **`2026102402`** (was `2026092402`, the serial this repo recorded at its own last zone write, 2026-09-24); names moved **`@`, `www`, `mail` only** — `dev`/`git`/`info`/`stats`/`team`/`log` still `77.90.15.49`. (4) **Registry**: DENIC RDAP unchanged — `status: active`, same two nameservers, `last changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00` → **the delegation did not move, only zone contents did.** (5) **Ownership**: RIPE says `178.104.0.0/16` = netname `CLOUD-NBG1`, org `HOS-GUN` (Hetzner, DE), while `77.90.15.49` = `Threatoff` / `GHOSTNET-MNT` — a **different machine on a different network**; our own egress is still `77.90.15.49` (three echo services agree), so this is not an `ip-drift-cron` self-repoint either (detect+alert only since 2026-09-23; last fire 2026-10-18 ended `CHECK-ERROR … public_ip_unavailable`, wrote nothing). (6) **Timing, bounded not guessed**: `red-watch` last shows `DNS:gladex.de` **absent** from A12's error set at `2026-10-24T22:15:01Z` and **present** from `2026-10-24T23:30:01Z`, continuously through `2026-10-25T00:15:01Z`; `red-watch-20261023.log` holds **0** mentions (the 10-16 file's single occurrence is a same-day one-off, recorded, not smoothed); the new box's cert `notBefore` **2026-10-24T22:23:06Z** sits inside that window. The 22:30–23:15 ticks carry 10 failures and are truncated, so they neither confirm nor exclude the exact minute — the window above is what the logs support.
- **Impact, measured by path and by port rather than asserted.** On `https://gladex.de` with the same `Host`, the **new** host (Caddy; fresh LE cert `SAN: DNS:gladex.de` only) answers `/` → `302 /admin` → `302 /login` → **200 "Sign in · gladex.de"**, and **404** on `/investor`, `/team`, `/mailbox`, `/stats`, `/download/gladex` and `/healthz`, while **our** `77.90.15.49` answers **200** on all seven — i.e. the build is healthy and merely unreachable at the apex. **Mail is worse**: `MX 10 gladex.de.` follows the apex, and **TCP 25 to 178.104.11.60 times out with no greeting** (rc 124) while `77.90.15.49:25` still answers `220 startup-builder.lxd ESMTP Postfix (Ubuntu)` → senders defer then bounce, **inbound `*@gladex.de` is currently undeliverable**. Unaffected and verified green: `https://dev.gladex.de/` **200** and `…/healthz` **200** (that name never moved), plus local `:8000`/`:8001` `/healthz` 200.
- **What was deliberately NOT done: the zone was not touched.** No `tools/pdns-api.py` invocation, no `dig` beyond reads, no revert, no credential loaded, no `@/www/mail` repoint from this desk — the brief makes the zone gate money, and a repoint of exactly the three entry-point names looks at least as much like a deliberate migration as like an accident, so **reverting it unasked would have been the irreversible error here**. No `systemctl` change of any kind, no `rm`, **no SMTP mail sent** (the notice is an `agent_to_investor` row, not a message to any address), no DNS write, no paid API, no API key configured, **never `git stash`**. Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.
- **A second defect found while working the first, queued not fixed: `dns-verify` folds a SERVFAIL into exit 3 "a real negative answer".** Measured four ways this run: default resolver → `dns-verify example.com A` prints `records:[], has_records:false, network_errors:0, errors:[]` and **exits 3** — the registry's definition of 3 being *"Query **completed** but no records exist for domain/type (a real negative answer)"* — while the raw query behind it is `dig example.com A` → **`status: SERVFAIL, ANSWER: 0`**, i.e. the query was **not** completed. Controls prove the boundary is exactly this case: `--server 1.1.1.1` → **exit 0** with the real records (`gladex.de → 178.104.11.60`), and an unreachable server (`--server 203.0.113.1 --timeout 2`) → **exit 4** with `network_errors:1` and the dig error text, so timeouts are already separated correctly and only the SERVFAIL/REFUSED shape is misread. This is the same class `domain-availability-check` was fixed for in `358558f` (*"an OFFLINE machine certified every domain as free (resolver failure read as authoritative 'no records')"*), one tool down the line — and it nearly produced a false negative **on this run's own incident**, reporting `gladex.de` as having no records at all.

19719:- **Queue read, and the step taken: run 969's own instruction — "nothing new is owed from this run's own finding … the honest next step, if any, is whichever gap the NEXT measurement exposes, not a second assertion on a check that just went green."** So this run measured before it built, and the measurement found four coupled things, none of them a coverage number. (1) `./tools/source-sync-check --env both` → **dev drift 2 / prod drift 2**, `src/php/download.php` and `src/php/templates.php`, action `deploy repo copy to env (repo newer — fix never deployed)` — i.e. the two promoted-tree commits of the last two days never reached either env, which is what makes monitor **A31/A32** red and what dispatcher `7f3166e` assignment #2 names (`dev-sync resolution for download.php`). (2) `./tools/shift-deploy --dry-run` → gates **verdict REFUSED (exit 5, `VERDICT-20261013T192305Z` STALE by 122867 s), dev-sync REFUSED (2 files), commit-lint ok (465 files), ship-tree ok** — so exactly one gate stood between the tree and the deploy, and it was a reviewer gate. (3) The suites that read those files: `test_download_contrast.php` **59 / 5**, `test_download_colours.php` **44 / 8**, `test_templates_contrast.php` **83 / 1**, `test_templates_landmarks.php` **21 / 1**, `test_template_sync.sh` **115 / 0**. (4) The attribution: **seven of the colours suite's eight failures were NOT the undeploy** — `b460155` had changed `--code-comment: #555570` → `#7a7aa0` and added a suite pinning `>= 4.5:1`, while `tests/test_download_colours.php` exists *because a reviewer* (`VERDICT-20261012T071910Z`, queued `[0.4.312]`) caught that exact rule changing silently in `0dc5ce2` and approved `#555570` — a suite whose header says the 4.5:1 question for that decorative line is *"a separate design question this suite deliberately does not answer"*. Two suites, two opposite pins, one token: a defect no gate would have reported (the promote gates lint, they do not test) and no reader had looked at since 2026-10-14.
19790:- **The exclusion class was checked because the numerator itself looked sick: `not_anchored` is 371 of 1,301 corpus shift lines.** Every one was classified: **356 quoted inside other content** (leading ` `, `+`, a sha before `===== shift ` — persona output quoting git/diff/terminal text, the deliberate `[0.4.307]` exclusion), **13 other shape mismatch** (trailing `$`, one footer missing `model=/exit=`), **2 genuine footers with a trailing ANSI reset** (`identity-jonas.md:65`, `identity-leon.md:92`). Per transcript (`quoted/shape/ansi`): aylin 7/1/0, jonas 6/0/1, lena 115/0/0, leon 0/0/1, mia 116/7/0, sofia 111/5/0. **Correcting all 15 non-quoted cases changes no row's state** — jonas 22 → 23/12 = 1.92 still `ok`, aylin 125 → 126/120 = **1.05, still below 1.07**, leon stays `n/a` — so the rule is doing its job and **the ANSI/shape cases are recorded, not queued** (the same disposition as the label note below).

20329:## Builder — run 1000 — small verifiable step: **the first-ever `tmp-sweep.timer` fire is caught LIVE (2026-10-17 00:15:37 CEST) and the queue's `--apply` re-read is discharged** — `LAST` is no longer `-`, the plans JSONL went **2 → 3 lines**, and the first post-`a64ab11` line **no longer names `/tmp/chs` + `/tmp/chs.zip` as candidates** (they are `protected-cache` skips), so run 997's dating rule is live-proven rather than asserted; a genuine TOCTOU race on `/tmp` surfaced as the tool's **first real `unreadable` skip** and was absorbed exactly as designed; `--apply` **measured and deliberately left gated**; artefact `agent-logs/tmp-sweep-first-fire-2026-10-17.md`; dev+prod **0.4.28**, spend **0.00**
20351:## Builder — run 1001 — small verifiable step: **the `tmp-sweep --apply` is TAKEN and verified** — the queue's last open tmp-sweep half (run 1000 discharged the re-read; this was the "separate gated step") ran once, by hand, under fresh measurements: **761 candidates / 3,094,201,595 B removed in 11.424 s, `ok=true`, `failures []`, `errors []`, rc 0**, the protected trio (`/tmp/chs`, `/tmp/chs.zip`, `/tmp/gopath`) verifiably untouched, a post-apply dry-run reading **0 candidates / 0 bytes**, and `tests/test_tmp_sweep.sh` **181/0/0** with its own live arm now reading the same zero; artefact `agent-logs/tmp-sweep-apply-2026-10-17.md`; timer left **dry-run**; dev+prod **0.4.28**, spend **0.00**
20371:## Builder — run 1002 — small verifiable step: **the standing `/tmp/opencode` prune sign-off ask (REPORT.md §14, opened 2026-10-09) is measured to be OVERTAKEN BY EVENTS and the record is corrected** — **0 of the 1,940** paths in run 856's decision record still exist on disk (run 977's age-gated hygiene sweep took them on 2026-10-16, run 1001's gated `--apply` the rest), the correction lands in §14 with the numbers and an honest governance note, and a short `agent_to_investor` row (dev 149 / prod 114) carries it to the thread; dev+prod **0.4.28**, spend **0.00**
20387:## Builder — run 1003 — small verifiable step: **`failed-units-classify` stops printing "(no failed units)" behind a cold catalog** — a CANNOT-VERIFY refusal now lists the units it saw as Class C, so the tool's own empty-catalog guard can no longer hide a real outage behind a comforting blank line; the fix separates the `systemctl --failed` read from the classification, keeps the JSON contract and the `2 > 3 > 4 > 1 > 0` precedence intact, and is pinned by 15 new assertions + a 5th mutant (`tests/test_failed_units_classify.sh` **91 → 106 passed / 0 failed / 0 skipped**); CHANGELOG `[0.4.371]`; dev+prod **0.4.28**, spend **0.00**
20407:## Builder — run 1004 — small verifiable step: **two dated queue reads are taken together** — the **Class-B 4th-failure follow-up is DISCHARGED on a green probe** (both arms of the 120 s PROBE-OK pair answered `PROBE-OK`, so the item's own rule says *drop it*: **no `agent_to_investor` row was written**), and **§10 #6's dated 2026-10-20 re-read** is finally executed with `./tools/download-stats --format json` + a 15-day Apache cross-read — it finds the download counter is **3,002 / 3,018 = 99.5 % this box's own `system-status` GET**, so #6 stays *not evaluable as written* and one new defect is queued (the monitor writes into the counter it observes); the **175-commit origin backlog is pushed**, `rev-list 0 0`; REPORT.md §10 carries the reading; dev+prod **0.4.28**, spend **0.00**
20431:## Builder — run 1005 — small verifiable step: **the system-status → download-counter defect is FIXED — the monitor's own probe of `/download/gladex` is now a HEAD, so the dashboard no longer writes one line into the counter it reports** (`check_endpoint NAME URL [METHOD]`, `get` default / `head` → `curl -I`, unknown method = red row issuing **no request**), guarded by **+21 assertions** in the counter's own suite (`tests/test_download_counter.php` **85 → 106**, 0 failed) plus the M1 mutant and the pre-fix replay; measured live: the prod counter went **3,028 → 3,028 (delta 0)** through a full run and **0** `curl/8.5.0` lines have landed since the fix; CHANGELOG `[0.4.372]`; dev+prod **0.4.28**, spend **0.00**
20459:## Builder — run 1006 — small verifiable step: **the apex moved and nobody here moved it — `gladex.de`/`www`/`mail` now point at `178.104.11.60` (a different network's machine) since 2026-10-24, so the public site serves a stranger's `Sign in` page and inbound `*@gladex.de` mail times out on port 25** — measured end-to-end (public resolvers + both authoritative NS + DENIC RDAP + per-path curl against both IPs + a port-25 probe), recorded in `DOMAIN.md`'s new `## INCIDENT 2026-10-24` section, and reported to the investor as **dev 150 / prod 115**, with **zero writes to the zone** — no `pdns-api.py` call, no revert, no credential

Month: 2026-10
Allowance: 5.00 €
Spent: 0.00 € (no October charge in any file — MEASURED 2026-10-12: no public registry source can date a renewal (DENIC RDAP publishes only a "last changed" event, and does so for every .de domain; DENIC whois has no expiry field; the IANA RDAP bootstrap has no "de" entry), so the one open unknown is your billing cadence: monthly 1.50 as brief §4 states, or annual at the 2027-09-20 registration anniversary? Still NEEDS-INVESTOR, REPORT.md §14)
Remaining: 5.00 €
Log:
- 2026-09-20: init, no domains ordered yet
- 2026-09-20: investor APPROVED gladex.de (1.50/mo). Awaiting registrar purchase + DNS creds.
- 2026-09-20: purchase completed same day — RDAP status active (changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00), DNS wired via pdns wrapper (A apex/dev/git/info/stats/log/team -> 77.90.15.49, MX 10 gladex.de), dig-verified; DOMAIN.md holds evidence.
- 2026-09-24: ledger narrative corrected — spent-line still said "purchase pending at registrar" 4 days after registration (queued candidate #1); numbers unchanged (1.50/3.50, no money moved), log history above kept verbatim.
- 2026-10-01: month rolled per brief §4 (balance resets to 5.00 on the 1st, unspent does NOT roll over). September history above is kept verbatim; September closed at spent 1.50 / remaining 3.50.
- 2026-10-02: October opened at spent 0.00 / remaining 5.00 because no October charge exists in any file on this box — while gladex.de is a known 1.50/mo recurring cost with NO renewal date recorded anywhere. Figure to be corrected the moment the investor answers REPORT.md §14.
- 2026-10-12: renewal date MEASURED instead of left open, figure unchanged (0.00 / 5.00, no money moved): (1) DENIC RDAP rdap.denic.de/domain/gladex.de returns exactly ONE event — "last changed 2026-09-20T11:10:57+02:00", i.e. the purchase day already on file — and NO registration/expiration event; (2) controls denic.de ("last changed 2024-12-19T13:33:43+01:00") and bund.de ("last changed 2026-06-17T13:11:54+02:00") return the same one-event shape, so this is how DENIC answers for EVERY .de domain, not a gap in ours; (3) DENIC whois (port 43) prints only "Domain: gladex.de" + "Status: connect" — no expiry field; (4) the IANA RDAP bootstrap (data.iana.org/rdap/dns.json, 592 services) contains no "de" entry and no "denic" service, so the standard bootstrap path rdap.org/domain/gladex.de answers 404 (control: example.com answers 302). Conclusion: NO public registry source can date a renewal — only the investor's registrar account can, so REPORT.md §14 stays open with its question narrowed to the billing cadence. Registry-side, the only anchor on file is registration 2026-09-20 (this log line of 2026-09-20, corroborated by the RDAP timestamp), whose first anniversary falls 2027-09-20 — so no registry-side event lands in October 2026.

Run 1006 is closed cleanly — one content commit, pushed, no close-correction needed.
## What landed
**Commit `f3d3acb`** (`8e78f5d..f3d3acb`, push rc 0, `rev-list 0 0`, `ls-remote` matches) — exactly two paths, explicit pathspec:
- `DOMAIN.md` — the `## INCIDENT 2026-10-24` section + one Status pointer
- `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` — run 1006 entry, appended **before** the commit (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1), never `git checkout --`ed
**The step:** the `gladex.de` apex (`@`/`www`/`mail`) was repointed to `178.104.11.60` (Hetzner `CLOUD-NBG1`) on 2026-10-24 — measured via public resolvers, both authoritative NS, DENIC RDAP, per-path curl against both IPs and a port-25 probe. Impact: the apex serves a stranger's sign-in page (404 on all seven public paths that `77.90.15.49` still answers 200 on), and inbound `*@gladex.de` mail is undeliverable (MX follows the apex, TCP 25 times out). Reported to the investor as **dev 150 / prod 115**; **the zone was not touched** — no `pdns-api.py` call, no revert, no credential.
## Post-push re-reads (all on `f3d3acb`)
| Gate | Reading |
|---|---|
| `inbox-status` | rc 0, **0/0 unread**, last reply dev 150 / prod 115 |

| `repo-lint` | rc 0, 236 files, 377 headings / **10,322** citations / 0 missing — now reading the pushed `DOMAIN.md` (the +1 citation / +11 bare tokens are exactly this run's edit; the 377 heading count is unchanged from the pre-commit HEAD reading and still disclosed as not this run's) |
| `red-watch` | **state=red, passed=26 failed=2** — the standing **A12 + A30** pair only; the push cleared A3/A15 (own dirty tree), as predicted |
Stop-state verified: `git status --porcelain` **empty** (PROGRESS.md committed, not staged or parked). No app version moved, no systemctl change, no DNS write, no second commit — nothing in the entry needed correcting.
## Queued for next run
Fix `dns-verify`'s SERVFAIL misclassification: a SERVFAIL/REFUSED/NOTIMP answer currently reports `records:[] errors:[]` and **exits 3** ("a real negative answer") when raw `dig` says the query never completed — it must be **exit 4**. Baseline `tests/test_dns_verify.sh` **40/0**; keep the exit-0 (`--server 1.1.1.1`) and exit-4 (unreachable server) arms unmoved; repo scope, no promote. The apex incident itself stays open awaiting the investor's answer to dev 150 / prod 115 — zone untouched until then.
exit=0
