So this run **re-verified instead of inheriting**:

- **Chain of custody (md5-proven):** worktree == `9dcbea7` == the recorded `tree_post_*` copies (`382cd582…`); `9dcbea7^` == `tree_pre_*` (`09d8870c…`); tool bytes identical in all trees; no commits touched `tests/`/`tools/` since the sweep.
- **All 28 cells re-executed** (2 phases × 7 cases × 2 shapes) — every RESULT reproduces the original recording, and the **drift half (lost to a label bug in the original harness) was recovered**:
  - P5 (`format_human → ""`): pre-fix **C6/D9/H5b/H6b printed PASS from an empty `$OUT`** with 8 (sync) / 10 (drift) siblings red → post-fix **101/12** and **103/12** with those sites red
  - P6 (`cannot_verify` silent): **E4 PASS → FAIL**, +1 red each shape
  - P1–P4 identical pre/post — the arm costs nothing when a byte was read
- **Healthy: 115/0** (drift) and **113/0** (sync), count unmoved → `REGISTRY.md`'s *115 assertions* untouched. `regcov` **464/0 rc 0** (own re-run), `bash -n` OK.
