**This run's step — two small, verifiable fixes:**

1. **Dead duplicate `/team` route removed** (`app/src/php/app.php`): the investor's
   /team-bug fix had landed the block TWICE — once before `/stats` (line 1635, the
   live one) and again after it (line 1657, unreachable: the first block `exit`s).
   Removed the unreachable copy, `php -l` clean, synced repo → `/opt/startup/dev`
   → `/opt/startup/prod` (md5 `e017445d…` identical on all three), now exactly
   **1** `if ($path === 'team')` route block.
2. **Missing `/data` root symlinks created** — STRUCTURE.md's directory map
   documents `/data/tools -> /data/repo/tools` and root docs (`STRUCTURE.md`,
   `BUDGET.md`, `DOMAIN.md`, `REPORT.md`, `AGENT_BRIEF.md`, `AGENT_TASK.md`,
   `README.md`) directly under `/data`, but **none of them existed**, so every
   `/data/tools/...` path in `tools/REGISTRY.md` (6 references) pointed at a
   nonexistent path and brief §6's `ls /data` check failed. Created all 8 as
   symlinks (repo stays canonical — no doc content duplicated).

**Verification (all green this run)**:
- Brief §6 check: `OK /data/{dev,prod,DOMAIN.md,BUDGET.md,REPORT.md,AGENT_BRIEF.md}` — 6/6.
- All **12/12** `REGISTRY.md` `**Location**:` paths resolve; tools run via the

  with all four names via `curl --resolve team.gladex.de:443:77.90.15.49`.
  *Probe gotcha recorded for future runs*: the VPS routes by **SNI** — a plain
  `-H "Host: team.gladex.de"` against `https://77.90.15.49` (no SNI) gets a VPS
  **404**; always use `--resolve` with the hostname. (An earlier probe in this
  run reported a false 404 for exactly this reason.)
- Catch-all sanity after the route edit: unknown path → **302 → /investor** (fallback intact).
- Tests: `test_lan_middleware` **49/49** + `test_ts_ordering` **7/7** +
  `test_ip_drift_safety` **16/16** on repo, and 49/7 green on dev AND prod.
- Units active: investor-app-dev, investor-app-prod, apache2, postfix, dovecot,
  git-daemon, certbot.timer; no secrets in the diff.

**Re-verified the operator's "Next" items from the VPS-forwards INBOX entry — all
already done and recorded in STRUCTURE.md** (no work needed, just proof):
- LE certs on mail: `postfix/main.cf` → `smtpd_tls_* = /etc/letsencrypt/live/gladex.de/*`,
  Dovecot `ssl_cert/ssl_key` same path; live probe: **465 + 993 → CN=gladex.de,
  notAfter Dec 22 2026** (snakeoil gone).
- MX adopted: `dig MX gladex.de` → **`10 gladex.de.`** on 8.8.8.8 AND 1.1.1.1;
  target resolves to 77.90.15.49; **SOA serial 2026092305 unchanged** (sane);
  `pdns-api.py zones` → 200 `['gladex.de.']`. Already recorded in DOMAIN.md.
