7076:**Since 2026-10-10** the tool has a suite of its own, `tests/test_go_compile_drift_verify.sh` (queue: the standing "whoever lands the next suite owns the `- Live:` refresh" line). It is deliberately NOT a fifth scenario: the default path never clones (every probe runs against a missing or `.git`-stub repo), and it covers what the registry table above promises but nothing executed — `--help`, `--list` in both formats, the whole exit-2 family with its `2 > 3` precedence, and the four exit-3 preconditions. The five scenarios stay here, on demand, exactly as the design decision below says. Its section F runs **two** of them (`--only S1,S2`, measured **72 s** for S1 alone and **152–155 s** for the pair on 2026-10-10) only when `GLADEX_GCDV_FULL=1` is set, and SKIPs otherwise — S2 is wired in because it is the one scenario that plants nothing (it only moves HEAD between the two live reads), so the `notes >= 1` column of the table above is now asserted on S2's own line (`failed=0 notes=[1-9]… -> ok`) rather than read as prose, with S1's `notes=0` line as its negative control. **Measured, then fixed (2026-10-10, `[0.4.283]`): the pair WAS intermittently red — 1 run in 4 — because S2 timed its HEAD move off an `ls -t /tmp/ssgc-test.*/live-repo-lint.json` glob shared with every other identity on the box (the suite under test hardcoded its sandbox under `/tmp` and ignored `TMPDIR`, so the tool could not scope the poll to its own clone; a concurrent run of that same suite shifted the move relative to its own two-read window). The trigger now runs the child suite with `TMPDIR` set to a `$OUT/s2tmp` root inside its own scratch and polls only files under that root, and the guard honours `TMPDIR` in the same commit — so nothing outside this run's scratch is read, written or deleted, while an unscoped `TMPDIR`-less run of the guard still lands exactly where it always did. `tests/test_go_compile_drift_verify.sh` section 5b pins all three facts statically (a green run cannot see the glob become shared again). A red there still means "read the S2 log", not "the guard is broken".** S3–S5 stay unrunnable from the suite by design: they plant a broken Go file and rewrite `tools/system-status` inside the clone, which is what this file's own "keeps out of a hermetic suite" rule is for, and exit **1** (an unmet scenario) is still unobservable there by construction.

The `- Live:` figure stays 126 (no new suite — this is a docs/data reconciliation). Let me check A28's exact definition and confirm the queue-source state before writing the CHANGELOG and PROGRESS entries.

WHY THIS EXISTS
On 2026-10-02 `main` was red for about three hours (a CHANGELOG heading
four identities had cited but nobody had written). `tools/system-status`
and `tests/test_gladex_monitor.sh` both reported it the whole time, and
NOTHING on this box was scheduled to read either: `systemctl list-timers`
and `crontab -l` held only the weekly `ip-drift-cron`. The red was
finally noticed by a commit that could not be made, and four identities
landed through it with `--no-verify` in the meantime. The loop's own
close does not read them either — `/data/agent-loop.sh` runs `opencode`
and a `git add -A && git commit`, nothing else — so "the loop's close is
enough" was measured false before this tool was written.
WHAT IT DOES
Runs the repo's own monitor suite once, appends ONE line to a dated log
for every run, and appends an ALERT line only when the verdict CHANGES
(onset, a changed failing set, recovery) or when the check itself could
not be run. The alert line carries the monitor's own FAIL lines, so a
reader can tell "another identity's untracked file (A3)" from "repo-lint
is red (A9-A11)" without re-running anything.
The STATE FILE (`red-watch.state`) is the one channel that is machine-read
— `tools/system-status` copies its `fails=` field into the dashboard row —
so it stores `fail_summary()` of each FAIL line: assertion id, label,
`kind=`, `key=`, and NO `want=`. An expectation stored there would be
echoed back into output that other suites grep, turning the monitor's own

tools/REGISTRY.md:5237:- `bash tests/test_regression_run.sh` → **350 assertions** (figure refreshed **347 → 350** on 2026-10-14 by the run that added this section's reader: the child printed **350** while the claim sat at **347**, so the new `V16b` pair would have landed red on arrival — the stale figure, not the reader, was the defect, exactly as `## ip-drift-check`'s 133 → 136 was), hermetic (throwaway fixtures under `/tmp/opencode/trr.*`, trap-cleaned): `--help` exits 0 and **all eight epilog sections equal their docstring blocks byte for byte** (the sixthth, `termination contract:`, added by `[0.4.131]`; the seventh, `free-space preflight:`, added by `[0.4.148]`; the eighth, `sequencing:`, added by `[0.4.155]`); the full exit-code contract `0/1/2/3/4/5/6` plus the `4 > 1` precedence and the preflight's own before-the-first-suite placement; all four parsing rules; the 14-key JSON contract including the usage-error, refusal *and* preflight objects having the *same* key set; the flag contract (including "stderr is exactly one diagnosis line" and "no `usage:` leak"); **the termination contract's own rendering (A13–A15)** — `start_new_session`, the `143 / 130` signal outcome and the declared escape limit must all appear in `--help`, three needles that sat in a docstring paragraph no label rendered (the (81) defect); **the preflight paragraph's own rendering (A18–A20)** — `nearest EXISTING ancestor`, `must not pass` and `Both fixture env vars are test hooks` must all appear in `--help`, three needles from the block that was docstring-only until `[0.4.148]` (the (91) defect, each measured **0** before the pair landed); **the sequencing paragraph's own rendering (A21–A23)** — `--jobs flag would trade a reproducible total` and the docstring's only behavioural sentence, `It writes nothing to the repo unless --log-dir points outside it`, must both appear in `--help` (the (103) defect, each measured **0** before the pair landed), and **A23** requires every column-0 line in the module docstring to be either a rendered pair heading or exactly the one declared inward-facing block (`Why this tool exists`) — a census that reddens on an unlabelled block written today just as it would have on that paragraph before `[0.4.155]`; **the epilog list is DERIVED, not copied (A16, A16b, A17.1–A17.8)** — `A3`/`A4`/`A5` and `help_section()`'s terminator set are read out of the tool's own `EPILOG_PAIRS`, so a ninth pair would be compared without editing four lists, and the three things a derived list cannot see are pinned: the extraction is not empty (`A16`, or every loop would assert nothing), the row count still equals the tuple's OWN pair count (`A16b`, read a second time by Python's `ast.literal_eval` — a row the `sed` pattern cannot spell, e.g. a pair split across two lines, would otherwise drop out of every loop with `A16`'s floor and `A17`'s pins both still green, which is queue item (92), measured **321/1** with `A16b` the only red) and each of the eight contract sections is still in the tuple (`A17.*`, or a deleted pair would vanish from every loop); the epilog refusal in both channels; **the free-space preflight (section K, 43 assertions)** — a healthy tree still runs and its suite really runs (marker written), an impossible floor refuses with 6 in both channels with **empty stdout**, an absent marker proving no suite started, the refusal naming the path it measured and the measured figure, a **later** watched path at 1 MB refusing (so the check is not first-path-only — real `statvfs` can never say 1), an unmeasurable path refusing rather than passing, `--log-dir`'s not-yet-created directory gated through its existing ancestor, `--list` exempt, the two usage-error env values, the `--help` documentation, and a plant with the call removed; **the termination contract (section J)** — the outer bound, a direct SIGTERM and a direct SIGINT are all *really* sent, the fixture suite spawns a **writing grandchild** so "the tool died" and "everything the tool started died" stay two questions, the two invocation helpers are pinned for `--tests-dir "$SB/` the way section H pins its three, and a plant (the install line `sed`'d out of a copy) carries J16/J17/J18; **the (88) census scoping (J19–J21)** — a same-named fixture this run did not start is **not counted** and **not killed** by `bound_kill`, while this run's own fixture **still counts**; **the (89) descendant reap (J22–J25)** — the mutant fixture's tree is captured *while it is alive* (`K19`, `K20`) and every pid in it must be gone after `bound_kill`, at **both** plant sites, because a SIGKILL'd shell *reparents* its foreground `sleep 300` to init where no fixture path remains to find it by; live read-only proof (`git status --porcelain` byte-identical); **the isolation path (section G's own precondition and control, G1–G11, queue item (102))** — outside `/data/repo` the whole section skips with the path in its reason instead of asserting facts about a tree that is not there, and at the shipped location it *measures* that rule by copying `tests/` + `tools/` **without `.git`** under `$SB/iso` and requiring the copy green (exit 0, `0 failed`, the `SKIP G` reason present, no `G1` line, ≥ 300 of the rest running), which cannot recurse because the copy skips section G by the same guard; and, since `[0.4.157]` (queue item **(105)**), **the skip is a number rather than a gap** — **G0**/**G0b** census the two guarded blocks from the file itself and pin them at **15** and **4**, the copy's Results line is read for all three counts, **G12** holds this run's `PASS + FAIL + SKIPN` equal to the copy's `passed + failed + skipped`, and **C14–C15** carry a non-zero skip through the tool's existing fields; and the recursion guard (see below). *(The count here said **193** while the suite was already at **218** through `[0.4.101]` and **237** through `[0.4.102]` — two runs stale; refreshed rather than extended. The **255 → 298** move is `[0.4.129]`'s section K, 43 assertions; the **298 → 301** move is `[0.4.130]`'s J19–J21; the **301 → 307** move is `[0.4.131]`'s section A (the sixth epilog pair counted by A3/A4/A5, plus A13–A15); the **307 → 314** move is `[0.4.132]`'s section A (the derived epilog list, A16 + A17.1–A17.6, with A3/A4/A5 unchanged at six rows); the **314 → 318** move is `[0.4.147]`'s section J (J22–J25, two per plant site); the **318 → 325** move is `[0.4.148]`'s section A (the seventh epilog pair, counted by A3/A4/A5 and pinned against deletion by A17.5, plus the A18–A20 needles); the **325 → 326** move is `[0.4.149]`'s section A (A16b, the pair count read a second time by Python's parser against the `sed` extraction); the **326 → 331** move is `[0.4.154]`'s section G (the shipped-location precondition, G1–G6d moved behind it, plus the five-assertion isolation control G7–G11 — measured 2026-10-01, and a copy of the suite loses all fourteen of them rather than failing four); the **331 → 338** move is `[0.4.155]`'s section A (the eighth epilog pair, counted by A3/A4/A5 — one row each — and pinned against deletion by A17.7 — one row, because `sequencing:` sits seventh in `EPILOG_REQUIRED` — plus the three A21–A23 needles, so 3 + 1 + 3 = 7); the **338 → 344** move is `[0.4.157]`'s skip accounting (three always-on assertions in **G** — G0/G0b, the two censuses that pin what the guards bypass — three in **C**, C14/C14b/C15 carrying a non-zero skip through the tool, and **G12** behind the shipped-location branch, so 3 + 3 + 1 = 6); the **344 → 346** move is `[0.4.158]`'s section A (**A24**, the tuple's row order against the docstring's own column-0 heading order minus the one declared inward-facing block, and **A25**, the labels read back out of `--help` in printed order — the order property of this contract that A23's set comparison by construction could not see, so 1 + 1 = 2); the **346 → 347** move is `[0.4.267]`'s section G (**G13**, the planted-symlink reading of the extracted refusal — fires *and* names the cause, one counted assertion — with **G14** its fail-only tripwire, which is why the census moved **14 → 15** while the healthy total moved by exactly one); the **347 → 350** move is `18fe8a2` (**A26–A28**, the `--version` flag tests, landed 2026-10-10 without this line being refreshed — the three assertions this run's refresh absorbs, re-measured **350 / 0 / 0 skipped** on 2026-10-14 by run 956 *before* it wrote the reader).)*
tools/REGISTRY.md:5272:**Tests / mutations**: see `## regression-run` — 350 assertions, 14 external mutant runs (6 original + 7 baseline + 1 termination), each confined to its own section, plus the two **in-suite** plants (F's renamed heading, J's removed guard call, K's removed preflight call) and, since `[0.4.155]`, the two **docstring-shape** controls run through `REGRESSION_RUN_BIN` — the pre-fix replay (the sequencing paragraph unlabelled and unpaired, the tree as it stood before the step) → **327 / 4** with exactly `A17.7`, `A21`, `A22`, `A23` red, and an unlabelled column-0 block planted while every pair stays intact → **333 / 1** with `A23` the only red, which is A23's own value: nothing else in this suite reads a docstring block that has no label. A run whose `$TOOL` is not the shipped binary still loses exactly the **four** `G6*` assertions and nothing else **as long as the copy's own resolved repo still carries a `CHANGELOG.md`** — measured 2026-10-01 at **340 passed / 0 failed / 4 skipped** on `REGRESSION_RUN_BIN=<copy of the shipped tool>` (was **334 / 0**, the same four uncounted, at `[0.4.155]`, and **327 / 0** when the suite stood at 331), because G7–G11 are guarded by the shipped *location*, outside the shipped-*binary* condition — that run reads **346 passed / 0 failed / 4 skipped** since `18fe8a2` raised the suite to 350 (was **343 / 0 / 4** since `[0.4.267]`, **342 / 0 / 4** since `[0.4.158]`, **340 / 0 / 4** at `[0.4.157]`, **334 / 0** with the same four uncounted at `[0.4.155]`, and **327 / 0** when the suite stood at 331), because G13/G14 sit in the shipped-*location* branch too and run in both shapes. **The condition in the first sentence is measured, not assumed (run 956, 2026-10-14):** `get_version()` opens `CHANGELOG.md` inside `default_repo()` — `dirname(dirname(realpath(__file__)))` — so a copy whose ancestry holds no changelog prints `version "unknown"` and the same run reads **344 passed / 2 failed, 4 skipped** with **A27/A28** red, twice (copies under `/tmp/opencode/run1133/` and `/tmp/opencode/run1133/chg/`), against **346 / 0 / 4** for a copy at `<fake-repo>/tools/regression-run.copy` beside a copied `CHANGELOG.md` — i.e. four skipped from the location guard plus two red only when the changelog is invisible, never "nothing else" unconditionally. It also closes the **347 → 350** figure move above: `18fe8a2`'s three `--version` tests are what a non-shipped-binary run now pays for.

## [0.4.380] - 2026-10-29 — the last carried figure red `V7b` closed by reconciling Sofia's model cell to the runtime wrapper (a data-drift fix, no code and no figure moved): `test_identity_wrapper.sh` 44/1 → 45/0, `test_registry_figure_readers.sh` 43/1 → 44/0
### Fixed
- **`V7b` was a data question, not a count — the identity data had drifted from the runtime wrapper, and the doc was the liar.** The scheduled persona wrapper `/usr/local/sbin/identity-run.sh` (line 69, the source of truth `tests/test_identity_wrapper.sh` case10 reads live) pins **sofia → `opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`**, and Sofia's own shift log corroborates it (last three shifts `model=opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`, 2026-10-28). But `STRUCTURE.md`'s persona table still carried **`opencode/ling-3.1-flash-free`** for Sofia — the retired model — so case10's live comparison reddened (`got=…ling-3.1-flash-free want=…nemotron-3-ultra-free`) and the figure-reader's `V7b` child-comparison followed it red (child 44 vs registry 45). `team/COWORKERS.md` repeated the stale cell and a note claiming "**Mia and Sofia** still read `ling-3.1-flash-free` on purpose … `identity-run.sh` really does still pin them to the retired model" — now false for Sofia. **Reconciled to the wrapper (the runtime truth), figure untouched:** `STRUCTURE.md` sofia row → `opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`; `COWORKERS.md` Sofia cell → `nemotron-3-ultra-free`; the COWORKERS note rewritten to name **Mia only** as the retired-model pin (her wrapper line 66 is still `ling-3.1-flash-free`, her shifts still fail `Model unavailable: opencode/ling-3.1-flash-free`), and to record that Sofia's failed unit is the **provider-side "Upstream request failed: Model is unavailable"** refusal that also hits lena/jonas/leon/dispatcher on their live models — not a retired-model pin. The `test_failed_units_classify.sh` fixture that also spells sofia→ling was left alone: it is a hermetic sandbox `pins.sh`, deliberately modelling the removed-model scenario, not the live wrapper.
### Tests
- **`bash tests/test_identity_wrapper.sh` → 45 passed / 0 failed** (was 44/1; the sofia STRUCTURE cell now reads `opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`, matching the wrapper).
- **`bash tests/test_registry_figure_readers.sh` → 44 passed / 0 failed** (was 43/1) — **`V7b` PASSES**, closing the last carried figure red; every other `V*` pair unchanged.
- Gate suites re-run after the edits, all green: `test_source_sync_check.sh` **40/0**, `test_promote_gate.sh` **129/0**, `test_repo_lint.sh` **487/0**, `test_leak_figure_readers.sh` **41/0**, `test_cross_reader_agreement.sh` **64/0**, `tools/queue-source-check` **rc 0**.
### Notes
- **No promote, and none exists to take**: `STRUCTURE.md` and `team/COWORKERS.md` are repo-scope docs — dev and prod stay **0.4.28** (the investor's 2026-10-05 correction stands; `0.4.29` quoted nowhere). No suite file, no tool and no REGISTRY figure changed, so `- Live:` stays **126**. STEP 0 paid first and owed nothing: **0 unread** `investor_to_agent` in both DBs (table `messages`, column `direction`), `./tools/inbox-status` rc 0 "nothing owed", `INBOX.md` 80/80/0, last reply dev 150 / prod 115 — no `agent_to_investor` row written. `./tools/version-check` → dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match); `./tools/healthcheck` → both HEALTHY 200. **The apex incident still awaits the investor's answer to dev 150 / prod 115** — the zone untouched. **No `systemctl` change**, no DNS/zone write, no mail, no messages-DB write, no `hiring/queue/` write (2 proposals still `status=proposed`), no API key, never `git stash`, staging by explicit pathspec. Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.

- **STEP 0 — paid first, owed nothing.** `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM messages WHERE direction='investor_to_agent' AND read=0` → **0 dev / 0 prod** (table `messages`, column `direction`); `./tools/inbox-status` → **rc 0, "OK - nothing owed (0 unread, 0 open entries all replied)"**, `INBOX.md` **80/80/0**, last reply **dev 150 / prod 115**; **no `agent_to_investor` row written and nothing marked read** (nothing owed). **Production is 0.4.28**: `./tools/version-check` → **OK dev=0.4.28 prod=0.4.28 (match)** · `./tools/healthcheck` → **dev + prod HEALTHY, HTTP 200, both `"version":"0.4.28"`** (never 0.4.29) · `./tools/budget-show` → 2026-10 allowance **5.00**, **spent 0.00 / remaining 5.00** · `./tools/source-sync-check --env both` → **in sync, 48 file(s) across 2 env(s), rc 0** → **no promote exists to take** (this step touches only `STRUCTURE.md` + `team/COWORKERS.md` — repo-scope docs).
- **The step — one data question, measured not inherited: the doc was the liar, the wrapper is the truth.** The queue (run 1017) said `V7b` "is a **data question** (sofia's model cell `ling-3.1-flash-free` vs `nemotron-3-ultra-free`), not a count — reconcile the identity data before touching any figure." Measured: **the wrapper** (`/usr/local/sbin/identity-run.sh:69`, the runtime source of truth `tests/test_identity_wrapper.sh` case10 reads **live**, outside git) pins **`sofia) MODEL=opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`**; **Sofia's own shift log** (`agent-logs/identity-sofia.md`) corroborates — last three shifts `model=opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free` (2026-10-28 08:56 / 13:55 / 18:56). But **`STRUCTURE.md` line 203** carried **`opencode/ling-3.1-flash-free`** for Sofia — the retired model — so case10's live comparison reddened (`got=…ling-3.1-flash-free want=…nemotron-3-ultra-free`, child 44 vs registry 45) and the figure-reader's `V7b` child-comparison followed it red. **`team/COWORKERS.md`** repeated the stale cell **and** a note claiming "**Mia and Sofia** still read `ling-3.1-flash-free` on purpose … `identity-run.sh` really does still pin them to the retired model" — now **false for Sofia**. Two failure *shapes* kept distinct: Sofia's failed unit is the **provider-side `Upstream request failed: Model is unavailable`** refusal that also hits lena/jonas/leon/dispatcher on their live models (all 7 `identity-run@*` units currently failed on this no-egress box), **not** a retired-model pin — Mia's is the retired-model shape (`Model unavailable: opencode/ling-3.1-flash-free`, wrapper line 66 still pins her to it).
- **The fix — reconcile the data to the wrapper, figure deliberately untouched.** `STRUCTURE.md` sofia row → **`opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`**; `team/COWORKERS.md` Sofia cell → **`nemotron-3-ultra-free`**; the COWORKERS note rewritten to name **Mia only** as the retired-model pin (her replacement stays the investor's repin decision, ask dev 147 / prod 112) and to record that Sofia's cell was corrected 2026-10-29 after drifting, her failures being provider-side like the other live-model identities. **Left alone on purpose:** `tests/test_failed_units_classify.sh:139` also spells `sofia) MODEL=opencode/ling-3.1-flash-free`, but it is a **hermetic sandbox `pins.sh` fixture** deliberately modelling the removed-model scenario (its catalog omits `ling-3.1-flash-free` on purpose) — not the live wrapper, so editing the real docs cannot and should not touch it. **The registry figure 45 was already correct** — the child was short one *passing* assertion because the data was wrong, so this is the queue's "reconcile the identity data **before** touching any figure" branch, executed as written.
- **Tests — the last carried figure red closes; every gate green.** `bash tests/test_identity_wrapper.sh` → **45 passed / 0 failed** (was 44/1; the sofia STRUCTURE cell now reads `opencode/nemotron-3-ultra-free`, matching the wrapper — case10's sofia assertion flips red→green). `bash tests/test_registry_figure_readers.sh` → **44 passed / 0 failed** (was 43/1) — **`V7b` PASSES**, so **no carried figure red remains** (V10b/V13b closed by run 1017, V7b by this run). Gate suites re-run after the edits, all green: `test_source_sync_check.sh` **40/0**, `test_promote_gate.sh` **129/0**, `test_repo_lint.sh` **487/0** (twice — before and after the CHANGELOG append), `test_leak_figure_readers.sh` **41/0**, `test_cross_reader_agreement.sh` **64/0**, `tools/queue-source-check` **rc 0** (post-entry). **`- Live:` stays 126**: no suite file, no tool and no REGISTRY figure changed (this step edits two docs), so no refresh is owed (`./tools/regression-run --list` → 126, matching the line).
- **Readings, all taken this run.** `./tools/queue-source-check` **pre-entry rc 1, transitional R8** — `FAIL - [0.4.380] is not named in agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` — the exact violation **this entry clears** (same shape as runs 1015/1016/1017's pre-entry reads); post-entry **rc 0**. No DNS/zone write (`DOMAIN.md` `## INCIDENT 2026-10-24` untouched — the apex repoint still awaits the investor's answer to **dev 150 / prod 115**), no mail, no messages-DB write, **no `systemctl` change**, `hiring/queue/` read-only (**2 proposals `status=proposed`**), `/tmp` artefacts limited to `/tmp/opencode/*.out` suite logs, **never `git stash`**, staging by explicit pathspec. Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.
- **Queue — next small step (read this first):** **STEP 0 first every run** (today **0 unread dev / 0 prod**, `INBOX.md` **80/80/0**; table `messages`, column `direction`; last reply **dev 150 / prod 115**). **This run's step (V7b identity-data reconciliation) is DONE — do not re-queue it; no carried figure red remains** (V7b, V10b, V13b all closed). **The residual the last three runs queued: the `run-<id>.exit` sidecar** — loop-writer change in `/data/agent-loop.sh` (attestation out of the transcript entirely) + reader trusts the sidecar for the newest; it needs a loop restart, so it is its own run with the run-1011/1012 restart discipline (**never mid-run**; a `NEEDS-OPERATOR` line asking for a between-runs restart is the sanctioned fallback), not folded into anything else. Standing self-protection until the sidecar lands: **a run never ends its final message with a marker-shaped line**, `tail -1` + reader stay paired (run 1014's rule). **INCIDENT, OPEN and still the top non-gated item: the apex repoint awaits the investor's answer to dev 150 / prod 115** — until they answer, **do not touch the zone and do not re-derive the evidence** (`DOMAIN.md` `## INCIDENT 2026-10-24`); branches *(a)* deliberate → correct **REPORT §11 and §7** to `https://dev.gladex.de/…`, *(b)* not deliberate → `@ / www / mail → 77.90.15.49` (TTL 3600) at the provider **by the investor/operator**. **The `dns-verify` rcode fix (`[0.4.373]`), the `ip-drift-check` rcode fix (`[0.4.374]`), the rate-limited needle fix (`[0.4.375]`), the echo/attestation reader+writer fix (`[0.4.376]`), the watchdog mtime-blindness fix (`[0.4.377]`), the TEST B closure (`[0.4.378]`), the V10b/V13b reconciliation (`[0.4.379]`) and this run's V7b closure (`[0.4.380]`) are DONE — do not re-queue any of them**; the streak red `loop-outcomes` self-clears as green runs land, do not treat it as a defect. **Also still open, unchanged:** the **mia/aylin repin** (folded into dev 150 — do **not** send a fifth standalone row; **note this run sharpened it**: only **Mia** is the retired-model pin, Sofia is on the live nemotron model and her failed unit is provider-side); **2 hiring proposals `status=proposed`** (read-only until the investor approves); **NEEDS-INVESTOR**: §14 renewal cadence, LAN-only A/B/C, SOA MNAME, Pip mail-policy D1–D4, `77.90.15.49` PTR; **standing reds A12 + A30** (7 failed `identity-run@*` units — all provider-side "Model is unavailable" on this no-egress box, `failed-units-classify` returns `class_c=7` because its catalog probe is empty here); **coverage** human act (`--record` green-only), **log-truncation** standing WARN unreopened, run 952's **(i)**/**(iii)** triggers unchanged, **`jsonl-rotate` built but unscheduled**, **git-author fix** operator-owned, figure-reader fallback **EXHAUSTED** with `- Live:` **126** (no suite added this run — two docs edited).
- **Close-state:** this entry is appended **before** the commit that carries it (CLOSE PROTOCOL rule 1) and is re-read in the same breath (`grep 'run 1018'` + `wc -l` immediately after the write); it is never `git checkout --`-ed, staged-only or parked in `/tmp` (rules 2–3); the stop-state check is `git status --porcelain` **not listing `agent-logs/PROGRESS.md`** after the commit. Measured tree at entry time = exactly ` M CHANGELOG.md` + ` M STRUCTURE.md` + ` M team/COWORKERS.md` (+ this entry), so commit #1 stages those four paths **by explicit pathspec** — `git add -- CHANGELOG.md STRUCTURE.md team/COWORKERS.md agent-logs/PROGRESS.md` (**never `git add -A` on this shared index**); **if** a second commit follows (post-push re-reads), this entry's close-correction bullet is **re-appended before commit #2** (rule 2). No app version moved — the served version stays **0.4.28** (quoted nowhere as 0.4.29). **Never `git stash`.** Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only.

Run complete. Here's the summary.
## STEP 0 — Investor duty (paid first)
- **0 unread** `investor_to_agent` rows in both dev and prod DBs (table `messages`, column `direction`).
- `INBOX.md`: **80 entries, 80 handled, 0 open**; `./tools/inbox-status` → rc 0 "nothing owed", last reply **dev 150 / prod 115**.
- No reply row needed — nothing was owed.
- Confirmed the standing correction: **production is 0.4.28** (never quoted as 0.4.29).
## The step — closed the last carried figure red (`V7b`)
The queue designated this: `V7b` was a **data question**, not a count. Measured, not inherited:
- The **runtime wrapper** `/usr/local/sbin/identity-run.sh:69` pins **sofia → `nemotron-3-ultra-free`**, and Sofia's own shift log corroborates it (last 3 shifts on that model).
- But **`STRUCTURE.md`** and **`team/COWORKERS.md`** still said **`ling-3.1-flash-free`** (the retired model) — that drift reddened `test_identity_wrapper.sh` case10 and followed into `V7b`.
- The COWORKERS note also falsely claimed Mia *and* Sofia were retired-model-pinned; **only Mia is** (her wrapper line still pins her to the retired model). Sofia's failed unit is the provider-side "Model is unavailable" refusal that hits every live-model identity on this no-egress box.
**Fix:** reconciled both docs to the wrapper, corrected the note to name Mia only. The registry figure (45) was already correct — I touched data, not figures, exactly as the queue's "reconcile before touching any figure" branch prescribed.
## Results (all measured)
- `test_identity_wrapper.sh`: **44/1 → 45/0**
- `test_registry_figure_readers.sh`: **43/1 → 44/0** — **`V7b` PASSES; no carried figure red remains**
- Gates green: repo-lint 487/0, leak 41/0, cross-reader 64/0, source-sync 40/0, promote-gate 129/0, queue-source rc 0.
## Close protocol
- Entry appended **before** the commit, staged by explicit pathspec, commit `3b41c3a`, pushed (`0 0` in sync).
- `git status --porcelain` **empty** — PROGRESS.md committed, not parked. No second commit, so no re-append needed.
Spend **0.00**, free `*-free` models only; no DNS, mail, DB, or systemctl changes.
